So far so good is in downtown so you can walk to the stores and you have a pharmacy so close. In the hotel the receptionist is really nice and try to help us with our wifi connection. The room was really clean, we like everything from here. For sure we are going to come back to this hotel.

Siguiendo con mi aventura de conocer alguna buena opción en Fresnillo, decidí quedarme en este hotel. Sus instalaciones son viejas, las alfombras, los muebles, es como si se hubieran quedado atrasados en el tiempo. Los baños, no son muy agradables. Le falta mantenimiento en general. No tiene un estacionamiento cerca, por lo que debes bajar tus cosas y cruzar la calle para entrar. Hay un estacionamiento lejos, a unas cuadras donde puedes guardar tu auto, pero tienes que pedirle ayuda para abrir el portón. La señal de internet es buena cuando no haya saturación de equipos. La comida es buena, tiene una carta variada, después de todo, las fotos muestran como esta este hotel.

Solicitamos una habitación remodelada. Las camas eran cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio. Con una TV LCD, cable, aire acondicionado y bien iluminado. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, demostraron interés por que estuviéramos cómodos y nos dieron la información necesaria. Todo muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado justo frente a la plaza Hidalgo en pleno centro de Fresnillo. Algunos lugares de estacionamiento en la plaza y un estacionamiento cerrado a dos cuadras.

Este hotel tiene muchos ańos operando en Fresnillo y creo que lo que mas le ayuda es su ubicacion centrica, porque por lo demas muy pobre todo. La habitacion en todas formas muy baja calidad y vieja, el restaurante tiene muy poco servicio y el servicio al cliente rs pobre porque los empleados ocupan mucho articulos para dar un buen servicio. Que pena que un hotel tan bien unbicado no pueda ser remodrlado para sea mas productivo.
