Bon hôtel à Providencia, chambre correcte (112) avec une petite vue mer, personnel gentil, hôtel correct et la nourriture est bonne (petit déjeuner simple et bon, lunch bon), proximité d'une épicerie (petite) et de quelques restaurants.

Hotel a été refait depuis l'ouragan. C'est super, très propre Le personnel est tres gentil et serviable. Piscine top et tres bien entretenue. Location est parfaite. Quelque restaurant à coté et un super marché juste en face. Ok pas de wifi dans la chambre.. Mais dans le lobby.Pas un drame quand on est en vacances

Fui con un grupo de amigos a bucear, a mi amiga le robaron dolares de du billetera, solo la tuvo en el hotel y al hacer el reclamo correspondiente solo recibimos respuestas vagas, todo que desconfiar de la forma en que se llevo el asunto, además a otra compañera que dejo su llave en recepción , le dijeron que nunca la dejó y apareció misteriosamente en la cociba...jamás lo reconendaría

Un hotel muy bien ubicado. A 5 mins a pie esta una playa muy bonita para disfrutar del mar. La psicina siempre en buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones cuentan con aire. Solo algunas con tv, pedimos cambio ya que la Que nos dieron primero el tv no servia. El servicio de wifi no se ofrece. La zona de playa del Hotel no es buena para bañ**** tiene rocas. Queda junto a centro de buceo para quienes van en ese plan. El personal de recepción tienen una calidez humana excelente. Tienen que mejorar el personal de restaurante, tienen mal servicio y ni el saludo dan. Desayuno incluido. No es recomendable almorzar alli no es bueno. Al frente tienen un supermercado muy completo. Cierran lobby tipo 8pm y no hay nadie del Hotel que te garantice atención.

Hotel muy aseado, habitaciones cómodas y grandes, zonas comunes agradables. Frente hay un supermercado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar y con corresponsal de Bancolombia. Personal del hotel demasiado amigable y dispuesto a servir.
