Rooms are very small. Our room had this back view of a sort of industrial sheds and parking lots, the position is good because just a few steps away, the port is there, yachts, beaches and restaurants. Easy to arrive with the local buses. Very basic and simple. The sheets and towels were clean, as a place to overnight is fine. There is a pool which looked nice. Don’t know how is breakfast quality as we paid room only.

On s attendait à un hôtel plus select buffet médiocre petits déjeuner pas pret le matin chambre trop petite pas de passage entre le lit et la fenêtre

Arrivé dans la chambre d’hôtel, une chaleur incroyable, étouffante, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car le soleil cogne dessus. Une fois m’être rapproché de la responsable qui me propose un changement de chambre, puis reviens une demi-heure après pour me laisser exactement dans la même chambre. Qui est de plus sale avec des bouts de gâteau, énormément de poussière sous les lits Crasse sur le pommeau de douche. Seul solution proposé par la responsable me remboursée et trouver une chambre d’hôtel au dernier moment, je ne recommence à personne expérience horrible.

Ma fille se faisait une joie de retrouver les plages et le port de frejus mais suite à un problème de santé (très sérieux) de mon mari j'ai demandé à modifier notre séjour. Mais les gérants ne veulent rien entendre. Impossible pour eux de manifester la moindre compassion pour des personnes qui vivent des situations compliquées. Le profit avant tout biensur puisque vous nous faîtes payer une prestation qui n'aura jamais lieu. J'ai vraiment honte pour vous !

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Places de parking gratuites et nombreuses aux abords de l'établissement. Chambre confortable mais salle de bain un peu vieillotte (douche très étroite).
