We loved everything about this hotel. Quiet, modern yet warm, best bed we had in Germany, helpful staff, and most reasonable price we paid on our trip. It’s a 10 minute tram ride to downtown and maybe 15 to the train station but the trams run every three to ten minutes and stop literally in front of the hotel. We enjoyed being a quieter part of town and in a model green district. They gift you with free tram rides in the city during your stay. The breakfast buffet is lovely. The staff, which includes people with disabilities, is friendly and helpful. It’s truly green—not just PR. You can even walk into the Black Forest—or take trains to more spectacular parts of the Black Forest. Only one good restaurant within walking distance but so easy to hop on the tram. We were there four nights and can’t recommend it enough.

The hotel is not for anyone looking for "romantic" rooms. Instead: Modern and high-quality materials throughout (e.g. parquet flooring instead of carpet in the room, fully tiled bathroom, exposed concrete ceiling, etc.), good beds, but no "frills" anywhere. The relatively large bathroom with floor-level shower is very pleasant, but not "cozy". Everything is extremely clean. The breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired and offers a great start to the city trip. There are no "mountains" of food, but they are refilled immediately. Here too: optimized so that as little as possible has to be disposed of. No free parking (underground car park in the neighboring building), but the icing on the cake: a free local transport ticket for the entire transport network and the tram stop right in front of the house in an overall modern and green district.

Très bon hôtel propre, et accueillant. Wifi top, petit-déjeuner copieux et bon. parking privé qui nous ait indiqué par l'accueil. Une personne parle français ce qui a été bien utile, le centre ville est à 40 minutes à pied. Parfait. Ascenseur.

L'albergo è ben collegato con il centro, un tram ogni dieci minuti, la fermata direttamente davanti all'ingresso, e offre un garage a pochi metri dalla struttura e un abbonamento gratuito ai mezzi pubblici per tutto il soggiorno. All'accoglienza cortesi e puntuali nelle informazioni. Allestimento asettico stile ufficio, ma la camera e il bagno ampi e davvero puliti. Tablet e (piccola) cassaforte in dotazione. Purtroppo però le finestre non schermano abbastanza dal baccano del tram che passa fino a tarda notte. Inoltre la stanza era proprio fredda, significativamente più fredda anche del corridoio e della hall. Alla mia lamentela, invece di propormi una qualsiasi soluzione, mi è stato spiegato che "l'edificio si regola da solo per il meglio" e che non vi è modo di modificare la temperatura né di fermare la corrente d'aria fredda e rumorosa che soffia di continuo. Deve essere una peculiarità di questo albergo, visto che mi è stato consigliato la prossima volta di cercarmi un altro albergo. Un buon consiglio.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Green City Hotel und alles hat gepasst! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer einfach aber in guter Qualität eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was wir môchten. Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber mit dem Tram in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Haltestelle direkt beim Hotel und Tickets gibts vom Hotel.
