The cabin has recently been renovated to welcome guests into a modern + rustic luxury getaway. The rustic details of the original log cabin have been preserved and reimagined to include an attractive modern design. During your stay, the serene landscapes of rolling hills, bubbling brooks and wildlife invite you to explore the 10 acres of land with nature walks or while sitting in the hot tub. There is also an outdoor fire pit, screened-in porch, and an indoor gas fireplace to make this your dream retreat. Experience nature and simple living without forgoing all the amenities. The cabin is located close to the scenic Mississippi River where you can enjoy water sports, fish, and watch spectacular sunsets. Nearby is the Rush Creek State Nature Preserve and also the Villa Louis in historic Prairie Du Chien. During wintertime, enjoy cross county skiing and snowmobiling. The Space: You will have access to the entire log cabin, which is located in Ferryville, WI. There is a private bedroom on the main level with a full bed and access to the washer/dryer in the closet. The upstairs loft has a queen bed, complete with a Saatva luxury mattress made with eco-responsible materials. There is also a daybed couch, that can convert into a queen-sized bed, and additional seating areas upstairs in the loft. The cabin is fully furnished and also offers Wi-Fi, cable TV and a land line (if you choose to use!) to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
