The hotel is far from the Metro station need to walk by 15-20 mins and they do not provide free luggage storage service; instead, there is a charge of 15DKK per hour if you want to use their Luggage Locker . However, I was allocated a room with a beautiful river view, perfect for watching the sunset.
The Hoel surround with shops and convenience stores nearby. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including a gym and Sauna . The Worst thing is that the hotel does not provide complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. Additionally, housekeeping services need to be booked online in advance, which they claim is for environmental reasons, but it might actually be to save costs.
Rooms also do not have a refrigerator, so do not buy food that needs to be refrigerated or kept Cold to bring back to the hotel.

Overall a good hotel, rooms could do with small update, e.g new flooring in bedroom area, and walk in shower in the bathroom. Breakfast ok and hotel close to centre and Tivoli. We would stay again

very things are good, though no kettle there are hair dryer and iron. the hotel can offer daily room cleaning. the only drawback is for luggage storage, we have to pay the locker fee, and carry lugguage for one floor without lift

The hotel location is not far from train station, so it’s comfortable to reside at this hotel. But my experience is not so good. I had asked for many helps, but customer service had just told me to edit those problems and no one came to help me anymore. So it’s a bad experience I had found in trip.
