Good location in Fredericksburg. Right off the main street. Price is reasonable. Hotel is a little dated but the room was cleans and had all the norms. No coffee pot.
Slightly aged which made it look a.little but dirty but overall was a nice spot.
I'd stay again.

Too many roaches! There were many small things that made my stay uncomfortable but they were nothing compared to the 5 roaches that were in the restroom and the beds that were not totally clean. The beds were very squeaky but were not totally uncomfortable so that was a plus. The water pressure was amazing so my shower was the best part of my stay.

Staff was very polite when checking in. Even tried to accommodate us for arriving early. The room's are small, but it was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, along with the bathroom. Only thing that we would've liked would have been more towels. There were only 2 bathtowels. And with how hot it was we took a shower before dinner and again when we fot back to the hotel. But other than that it was good, nothing fancy, super simple.

When we checked in, there were 2 pickup trucks with worker/construction type men sitting in there- at 3 pm. They were still there an hour or so later, when out Daughter arrived to pick us up for dinner. They were still there when we got back and after we visited with our daughter in our room for a while, my husband walked her out to her car. They were still there. They were not threatening, but the fact that we had seen them there sitting in trucks in a remote part of the parking lot was concerning. We had no safety issues in the hotel. Our car was not broken into. But we were concerned. I’m not sure we would return to this hotel.

Everything was nice and very clean for the type of hotel and the price we paid! We normally stay at Marriott but that was not an option on this trip.

The air conditioner in the room never actually got cold enough. It’s not that hot in Texas right now, so it was a little hard to understand why this was. There were not enough electrical outlets, and no USB ports.
No coffee maker in the room however there was a microwave and a refrigerator.

Property is well taken care of. I really liked the breakfast area. Good breakfast stuff to choose from.There is a soda machine in the laundry room. Nice to know laundry could be done if needed. We didn't.

Very bare minimum/basic. This is a place for animal lovers for sure. If you don’t want to hear barking and loud mechanical noise; stay somewhere else. This seems like a struggling business trying to stay open.
