This hotel is in a great location and also very well kept. My family member has been doing an extended stay here for a while and the employees has been super sweet to her. Diamond is a great staff that has made sure our stay is pleasant and Dasione is a great house keeper. The rest of staff are also pleasant and made her stay very successful.

The front desk staff, Diamond, is nice and she is easy to talk to. She makes sure the job is done. My family and I have been residing at woodspring suites for a while, and since we've been there she has helped us out a lot. Never had an problems with her as a staff and she takes her job very serious and makes sure everyone around her is taken care of.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent and dedicated service of the staff and Miss Diamond. Miss Diamond went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at WoodSpring Suites was the greatest possible. She was inviting and knowledgeable of things in Fredericksburg. I would like to thank Diamond for her prompt attention in relocating my room assignment to the first floor. My observations of Diamond has been great over the past several months of staying in Woodsprings Suites in Fredericksburg Virginia. Recommend that she be rewarded to her work ethic.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Diamond! She is always friendly and very helpful. Whenever we needed anything she went out of her way to help. The room was very clean and the property is well lit and secured. Definitely will recommend. L. Wise

I would like to thank James and Frankie for installing a new stovetop burner in my room. It was was replaced on the same day it was reported as not working. Additionally they both took time to clean up after the installation. They should both be rewarded for their work

As I entered the hotel, there was a smell of ****. I proceeded to my room and there was trash in the hallway and loud noise from several rooms. The bathroom was nasty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Plunged it myself. Manager refused to return my calls

I have been here for a couple weeks. Every time I extend my stay, the staff loves it. First thing they ask are you staying another week with US, love that! When I come back in the room after they clean, it feels your at a family's house, when you come in the room you can tell it was clean out of love and can see the pride in their work. Will stay and recommend this place over and over.
