Hotel che non ti aspetti, pulizia cortesia e professionalità da 10 e lode, ad un prezzo veramente conveniente , ci tornerò sicuramente ogni volta che mi recherò in Romagna. Se andate in Romagna ve lo consiglio vivamente. La colazione è inclusa.

Ho scelto questo albergo per le recensioni positive, quindi credo di essere stata sfortunata...appena arrivati al piano noto delle evidenti macchie sulla moquette e non è stato un buon inizio. In camera però la situazione non è migliorata: evidenti macchie su soffitto e sulle pareti, polvere sulle prese della luce, in bagno piatto doccia veramente disgustoso e polvere di più giorni sullo scalda salviette (il personale delle pulizie dovrebbe prestare attenzione). Il bagno non ha né finestra, né ventola e anche questo a mio avviso è inaccettabile. In camera c'è una porta finestra con inferriata che dà su un muro. La colazione è basic, noi scendevamo per le 8.30 e il vassoio conteneva una decina di brioches, 2 tipi di affettato, piccoli panini e 3 tipi di cereali. Alla reception non c'è nessuno almeno dalle 22 alle 10 del mattino (noi partiamo a quell'ora e tornavamo alle 23), quindi non è possibile chiedere informazioni (per urgenze si può telefonare, ma io, per esempio, non ho osato telefonare per chiedere la carta igienica che avevano scordato di mettere). Ambiente pulito, ottima colazione e personale super disponibile e totalmente orientato al cliente, Gianluca ed Edoardo sono semplicemente stupendi La vicinanza al borgo di Bertinoro rende il soggiorno perfetto e anche la poca distanza con le principali attrazioni della riviera. Rapporto qualità prezzo super!

Dopo aver letto le recensioni positive ho deciso di pernottare una notte come tappa intermedia prima del rientro a casa. Le camere si trovano al primo piano. La pavimentazione è costituita da una vecchia moquette che presenta diverse macchie. La stessa era presente anche all' interno della nostra camera. I battiscopa con il legno tutto sbeccato. Il culmine della mancanza di pulizia l'abbiamo trovata nella doccia del bagno: i bordi in silicone erano ricoperti da molta muffa; anche il soffitto presentava macchie di umidità. Purtroppo avevamo già pagato appena arrivati altrimenti avrei immediatamente cambiato albergo.

Accoglienza, gentilezza, bei spazi, qualità. Camere pulite.Bello il bagno, ampia doccia. Comodo x arrivare a Bertinoro. Vicino c'è un bel museo, il Museo Interreligioso, da vedere. Niente da dire su nulla, ottima colazione. Grazie per aver accolto i nostri due grandi cani.

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte, di passaggio, e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla struttura: moderna, pulita, accogliente, silenziosa. La camera era spaziosa, con un bel bagno grande e letto comodo. Colazione nella media, con assortimento di salato e dolce, buone le brioche fresche. Gentile ed simpatico il ragazzo che era alla reception e che si occupava del servizio colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Mi sento di consigliarlo senza dubbi.

Buon hotel, pulito con camere e bagno ampi,gentile e simpatico il responsabile della reception. Colazione sia dolce che salata Buona la qualità del sonno letto comodo cuscini anche. Situato in un posto tranquillo non ci sono rumori di traffico o provenienti dalla strada...dotato di un comodo parcheggio gratuito
