The Free Lyft Shuttle is steps away, which you can take to The Winter Park Resort, Fraser or Downtown Winter Park. This house is within walking distance to the Foundry, local restaurants & Downtown Winter Park. Outside you will find an 8 Person Private BullFrog HotTub and picnic tables. There is also an outdoor sofa and a firepit. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms(all upstairs). The 1st Master Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed & smart TV. The 4th Bedroom has 2 Bunk beds, (1 Queen over Twin, 1 Twin over Twin). There are 2 living rooms, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs, both with Smart TVs. There are 3 Full bathrooms upstairs. You will feel at home at our Modern Mountain Retreat, facing Winter Park Ski slopes, a preserved wetlands field, and sweeping mountain views from inside and on the wrap-around deck. A short 8-minute drive will get you to the slopes for hiking, skiing, or mountain fun activities. With three levels, everyone is sure to have plenty of space. There are three rooms to watch TV or play XBOX. The extra-long table allows for family-style meals or a great game night. Parking allows two smaller cars OR one large truck in the heated garage and 2 in our extra parking spaces. Watch the sunset on Winter Park and Byers Peak from the deck as you soak in the hot tub.The primary suite is on the main level. It offers a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom will have a comfortable queen bed and a full bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen and hallway full bathroom.
