Clerk checking us in gv us a key card to a room that was already occupied. Luckily no one was in thevroom when we went through the door. Other than that all good. Cont. breakfest was good, room was clean and beds were comfy.

Our overall experience was terrific. The room was just what we needed, there was easy, convenient public transportation (a shuttle service) to Winter Park Ski Resort just across the street from the Holiday Inn Express, and the staff was really nice. WHEN we come back to Winter Park (when, not if!), we’d want to stay at the Holiday Inn.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that great. The bread was very hard and the lady working in the breakfast area was not friendly at all.

Winter Park Ski Trip Great spot to stay and enjoy the the Winter Park area. Loved that there was a Safeway behind the Hotel, and Fuego Azteca across the street was very good. Hot breakfast in the morning was very good as well and included. My only complaint was they made me rent a ski locker for $10 a day. My skis were in a travel bag, so it was unnecessary to have to use the locker and pay for it. They claim that skis can damage the interior, even in a padded ski bag. The fee should be included in the room charge. Other than that, I can recommend this hotel

The hotel was great, and the front desk helped us check in early. The room was nice and spacious, however the beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin.
