The spa trip was booked with Selta Med, based in Plauen. 1 double room on the 1st floor, park side, was promised. But there isn't. At least not for guests of Selta Med. In the SZ-Zeitung there was an advertisement for a spa trip with a picture of a lady lying in a bathtub full of mud. I wanted that too. But there wasn't, not even for a fee. So I was knowingly deceived. I leave it to the reader how this fact is to be assessed under criminal law. Half board, oh my. Not even a tablecloth with flowers on the table. Works canteen food. On the first evening you had to choose the food for the next 4 days. That was on the table very quickly. How is that possible? New owner, new austerity course. The spa treatments were o.k., nice staff, but a lot of bureaucracy. We no longer go to the Savoy and certainly not with Delta Med. Traveling 7 hours for 330 km, you could also try a camel. The tour operator should take a look at the hotels that were pompous in the 18th century. Everything very shabby. But the location of the hotel was great.
