We stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect location, perfect stay. Breakfast was great. Lunch was available but at the time of our stay dinner wasn’t available. However town is super close by and there are ample restaurants to choose from. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There are a couple of swimming pools that the guests can use. The villas are spacious, clean and have everything you need. We would 100% recommend staying here and we would definitely return!

Best location, service and accommodation. Facility is well maintained, managed and safe. Room (honeymoon suite) extremely luxurious and large with beautiful view! Easy walk to restaurants if not eating in. French chateau experience in a town like no other.Aspirational, accessible, unique! Rene, Rudwall, Chrizel and Jacques, thank you once again.

What an amazing experience !! I booked the 2 bed Mountain View Luxury Villa for myself 2 best friends to celebrate 47 years of friendship. From the beginning Sekiwe was friendly and helpful ! We arrived to a gorgeous villa with a lovely welcome letter and complimentary bottle of wine The 2 huge bedrooms were decorated with rose petals - an extra special touch The villa is very spacious and very well equipped There is a Ali’s a large balcony with outside braai and magnificent Mountain View’s. We had the most fun on the Saturday night after spending the day in town and then getting back to a cosy fireplace , our music speaker & lots of great conversation & laughs & dancing !!! What a spectacular and memorable weekend

This is an exceptional property, we were disappointed we were only booked for 1 night! The property was warm (we visited in winter) the facilities, quality, and decor was fabulous. The views over the lake and mountains were incredible. Esme and her team were welcoming and helpful with good communication throughout the booking and checkin process. The apartment was so welcoming and cosy, we decided not to eat out. Esme provided a recommendation for the local Italian restaurant that we could order online and they would deliver - food was excellent. The beds and baths were so inviting that we couldn't wait to get into them. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a bit of luxury for a very affordable price.

The service and attention to detail were amazing. Rooms seem new. Finishings are all high quality. Multi-plugs provided in the room. Even the bathwash was high quality. They really strive to provide a luxurious experience. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to be informed upfront that we would have a two-level apartment. Having stairs with kids was a bit inconvenient. If I had known, I would have requested a one level apartment or ground floor apartment. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. The service was truly exceptional! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Arrived for a two day stay and the place resembled a building site. Whilst the staff were very very helpful the accommodation was let down by the poor upkeep. Our air conditioning did not work, we had builders working below the room and following an accident found the hotel had no first aid box or accident book. We had some fantastic a comodation on out tour of South Africa….thi s was not one of them ☹️
