This hotel is filthy! From the chairs, flooring and tables at the front of hotel to the rooms and particularly the balcony furniture this hotel is very dirty. Curtains, comforter and walls in room were visibly stained. Vents in room covered in dust. Front desk receptionist at check in snd check out was indifferent. Was given wrong directions to a local attraction by another front desk employee. Towels in the room were all beyond threadbare. The a/c was mediocre and did not cool lower than 72 Location is solid.

We loved everything about the Harpeth with the staff being the best. Stephanie not only helped us check in but also credited our Hilton status by recovering a trip that had not been recorded. When we celebrated our 52nd anniversary while there, she sent wine and candy to our room. She had all the answers, made restaurant reservations for us each night we were there at four different restaurants. We appreciate Stephanie and hope to work with her again. Others who helped see to our every need were Sonum, James B and Andre. We will be back!

Sohum and Zach took great care of me at the Valet stand. I was there for a business meeting and they made it a great experience. Also the Ambassador Alan was helpful with things todo around Franklin. This is an amazing hotel in downtown Franklin.

This was my third time coming to the Harpeth. Always a joy. James and Sohum in valet are so welcoming and friendly as they unload my big luggage and help me inside. I feel that they take good care of my car in valet too! The hotel is accessible to walking, shopping and dining. See you all real soon.

Great hotel and location with nice rooms. Valets James B. And Sohun A. were a huge help with multiple stops for loading and unloading for a wedding. Bar service was great and the restaurant was very good. I would definitely return if back in the area.

The Harpeth is such a fantastic hotel. They offer yoga classes for guests in their beautiful courtyard on the weekends to start the day. Breakfast at McGavock’s was great as well. Terri and crew were so warm and welcoming and I absolutely loved the quiche of the day.

The valet boys are the absolute best! James B and Sohum A are very helpful and kind! They gave us great eating recommendations and even walked us to our lunch spot. Not to mention… very cute! The hotel was so clean and great service. Spacious room

This is our first trip to Franklin, TN. The Harpeth hotel is top notch from being greeted as we arrived by valets James B and Sohum A. - they are the front person to represent how the hotel is run. They are hard working, personable and accommodating. They are in this summer heat with no fans or misters. I would highly recommend the hotel to provide these young men with misters not only for them but for your customers to keep cool. Once in the hotel, it’s a very friendly, cozy atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in the heart of Franklin, a great location. Upon leaving the valets were again so accommodating in offering to get ice for our cooler. We had a great stay!

This has been 7th stay at The Harpeth in the past year, as we have searched for a new home in the area. It's always welcoming EVERY time we arrive. The valet guys (James and Sohum) are top notch, always pleasant and taking exceptional care with our vehicle and right on top of making sure it's ready for us when we're ready to head out somewhere. These guys are definitely breaking a sweat in the summer heat and remain smiling and personable the whole time. I would highly recommend maybe fan water misters around the front of the hotel, not just for them but also for guests waiting out front as well ;) They are pretty common at many of the higher end boutique hotels located in humid climates ;) One inside it's ALWAYS a pleasure to see a familiar face, and Susan, Natalie, Thomas, Samantha, and Dan are always a pleasure to see! There are others whose names escape me, but let's just say they are ALL incredibly friendly individuals. And speaking of friendly people, find your way to the bar and see Mike, he's top notch and an excellent addition to the bar! He's quick to acknowledge you when you walk up, and he's very personable! While the location is fantastic, it's without a doubt the people and the team that makes this property a gem.
