Candlewood Suites Columbus North - Polaris

This is an older stay that could use a handyman (i.e. drawers wouldn't close). With that said, it was CLEAN. The room, pool, and public areas were clean. The pool was very nice including the hot tub. Only negative was there wasn't any towels. The pool and room instructions said to use the pool towels. The kitchenette was great. Full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher also included. This hotel is located near many great restaurants plus the fashion mall with book store. IKEA and a Target were close. Easy drive to lots to do. I hope to come back.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Downtown

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast had one of the best waffle stations I have ever experienced. The location is less than 10 minutes from some of downtown Columbus’s best restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

Tammy and the housekeeping staff went the extra mile to make a room available for us.The bed was like sleeping on cotton balls, couldn't ask for anything better. When there was an issue with a ”maintenance problem”, Tammy took prompt action to help with the problem. Great service from an outstanding staff. Looking forward to staying here again.

I was at the bar with my girlfriend (USA), they took care of us very well, Manuel approached us to welcome us, he spoke to us in two languages Spanish and English I felt very comfortable because in the conversation it is of the same nationality (Peru), it is the first time we went and we want to return soon, all the service and the room was A1
Staybridge Suites Columbus Polaris

I really cannot come up with a single issue, that’s how good this hotel is! I want to start by setting expectations, this is in a semi-expensive area of Columbus and I had a 1 king, 1 bedroom suite for change out of $130. Included in that was a free breakfast. A lot of times, low prices exist for a reason, not here. Everything about my stay was perfect. The lobby, common areas, courtyard, fitness center, and business center were all well maintained and appointed, and were never too crowded. They do have an indoor pool, but it was closed for maintenance. Massive thumbs up to the IHG website which made that extremely clear during booking. As for the employees, every single person I talked to was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was great and the hallways were also fine. As for security, each door requires a key, and the lobby does between certain times. Additionally, you do have the standard RFID, and flip out lock, set up on the door. The room had no cleanliness issues, a comfy couch, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom/bathroom was separated from the living room/kitchen/entrance by a door. Also, this is small, but they actually put shower gel in the shower!! Speaking of the shower, if I had one complaint about my experience, I’d say it’d have to be the fact that a lot of caulking at the base of the shower i
Sonesta Columbus Downtown

Great to see the improvements that Sonesta has made at this hotel. We have stayed here in the past and this was an improved experience for sure. Assistance at the front desk was good. When requested to make a change in my room it was facilitated without any problem. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Quality of WIFI in the hotel is good. With 2 elevators you can get up and down quickly enough. It is nice to see that the inhouse bar / restaurant has remained. Good menu and options. The morning breakfast is Okish; not really worth the money at the moment. So definately room for improvement here. All together a good hotel to stay if you are in Columbus!
