The fire pit area is the perfect spot to watch the leaves change and corn grow. There are flat screen TVs in every room for streaming, 2 comfortable queen size beds and lots of seating area in the living room. Each door on the porch opens to a separate bedroom, so getting in and out is convenient. Each door is equipped with its own smart lock for easy access, and for extra security (if you have little ones) an extra dead bolt that locks from the inside. The cottage is best suited for small families, couples or those traveling for work. The home has been completely renovated and remodeled in Spring 2023– so everything is brand new. This is a duplex unit but is still very private! Separate driveway, separate entrances, and you cannot see the front entrances from each unit. Bushes and trees line the front yard to add extra privacy between the two. There is a full time tenant living in the other duplex, who is kind and keeps to herself.
