We have a 2023 Heartland Pioneer 250 bunkhouse camper that has a bathroom with a tub/shower and full kitchen. It is perfect for a family of up to 6. You will have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy nature in every season and experience all the sights and sounds around the homestead. Unlimited firewood for the hot tub and fire pit as well as propane for the Blackstone grill is included with your stay. We have many seasonal things on our farm that can only be experienced for a short time. January-April: baby goats are being born.We are expecting our first goat kids in early February of 2025 with four does giving birth approximately one each month through April.March-May: baby chicks, ducks and turkeys are hatching.We are expecting our first hatching of baby chicks around the end of February then we will incubate duck eggs.April: baby piglets for 4-H are brought to the farm to raise for the fair.May: baby piglets are brought to the farm to raise for sale at the butcher.May-September: the pool is openJune-October: fresh fruit and vegetables in the gardenOctober-December: venison and pork processingYou will have full access to our camper with only the front storage access limited to our personal items. You will also have access to the above ground swimming pool in the summer from mid May to late September and the wood fire heated hot tub year round. There is plenty to do with the kids around the 16 acre farm or have a romantic weekend with lots of privacy. We have a wiffel ball/kickball field that doubles as a soccer field and has a 250 foot zip line coming through it. There are plenty of trails to hike on and we also have a small pond. A DVD player with a choice of DVDs. TV tables and a few games.*The kitchenette is provided with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils, mugs, paper plates and bowls. There is also a variety of teas, coffee, snacks, breakfast items.*The bathroom has a soaking tub. For your convenience the bathroom is complete with toilet tissue, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and some other personal care items if needed. There are plenty of towels and washcloths.*The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a full-size bed. There is an alarm clock and a fan, large closet with hangers. There are extra blankets, pillows and sheets if needed.*Also provided if needed, highchair, pack and play, air mattress.*For your fur babies use, you will find dog bowls, treats, toys.*Outside the private entrance is a patio with a small table and chairs.
