When entering the room we noticed a very strong wet dog smell. Talked to front desk and they admitted they were aware of this problem with this room. Offered to change rooms. However we were late arriving and chose to stay anyway because we were unpacked and tired after a full day of travel. The next day we talked to the GM and she gave us a full refund.

Communication was poor on check in. Was not told or given written info of room cleaning schedule.
Eggs lukewarm at breakfast, some items like bagel/ English muffin frozen. Breakfast area staff see visiting with check in desk staff when area could be cleaned.

Christian at the front desk was really great. He was professional, polite, kind, and informative. I received 2 texts from him during my stay to ensure our stay was up to our expectations. He is a real asset to the hotel!
