The owner is the rudest person I ever met. We were visiting my sister, a paying guest, and I took her kids and my granddaughter to the pool. He came out screaming at the kids he was going to call the cops bc my 12 year old who was not a guest was in with the paying guests. Unbelievably disgusting behavior....Never stay here. He was willing to scream at amd threaten 3 children ages 8, 11, and 12, because thwy had a guest with them. Not a CHOICE hotel.

I booked using one of those discount sites and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was easy and when I told the clerk I had two new knees he gave me a handicapped room on the first floor. I got in the room and it was already at a comfortable level. There was a micro fridge, hair drier and normal toiletries, no coffee, although there was coffee in the lobby. There was WiFi and cable. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast in the morning.

Make a few changes please. Usually we enjoy our stay. We stay here all the time, if it's not available we change our plans. However, I'm not sure if there's new management, but it went from no incidental to 20 in cash, to 50 in cash. We asked for the 1st floor and they said they were sold out but we were the only ones there for 2 days... literally the only cars except ours was the workers. I'm a choice member and usually i can get a noon checkout, with this stay the agent was dead set on 30 minutes. We just went ahead and left at checkout. When it was time for towels, we gave them the dirty ones and the guy gave us a floor mat and a bath towel. We'll stay again because we do like it. But they might need to add the incidental charge changes on the website. Retrain housekeeping. And lose the attitude when something is questioned. When i questioned the incidental charge recent change, i was told if i didn't like it i could stay somewhere else. I just wanted to know why it keeps changing, i didn't have a problem paying, but i was short because of the unexpected change. Kindness goes a long way.

First of all the guy working in the front desk was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Absolutely disgusting a couple somewhat racial slurs then I get to the room and it was dirty. Went back up there to ask for a refund The guy looked me, straighten my eyes and said F… Y… I will never ever step foot on that property again. The date and time was Tuesday Nov 6 around 9pm

Nice, clean rooms- fabulous water pressure and good hot water! Staff were sweet.

Kentucky Downs Nice comfortable room. Price was right. Microwave, Refrig, nice TV, small Continental breakfast. Went to Kentucky Downs 2 miles away. Would stay again.
