Frankfurt Hotels with Parking

The reason I chose this hotel was due to the excellent rate I got at the time of searching for a hotel and also the location. It is situated less than a 10 minute walk from the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) and 15 to 20 minutes by foot to the main shopping area. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and modern the hotel was and the room was really good. Better than expected because I have stayed in Premier Inns before and this one was the cleanest and most up to date I have ever experienced. The staff were very friendly and efficient, as well as professional. The room was slightly warm and I was not be able to adjust the temperature with the control on the wall, but maybe that was just me! When you open the window it is slightly noisy from the streets outside (a bit too noisy to leave the window open all night), but when you close the window you could hear absolutely nothing. Excellent sound proof windows and the hotel room walls were great too. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Just a pity there was no bath in our bathroom, but no big deal! I was very very satisfied with the hotel and service and as I said earlier, the price and location were perfect and are what made me choose the Premier Inn City Centre on this occasion.

found the room to be really spacious, nice, and clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The guest toilet lacked a trash can, the safety box wasn't working properly, and there was still some trash left in the kitchen bin. Additionally, the socket for the TV power was not functional, and only one socket next to it worked, preventing me from plugging in my laptop to the tv in the living room. I do not recommend room service food. The currywurst and burger were quite bad, and I didn't feel well for the rest of the day after eating them. On a positive note, the front desk reception was excellent. They were very understanding when I requested an upgrade and provided a really nice room for a reasonable fee. The price is quite high, likely due to the European Cup. Despite the issues, I would consider staying here again if the price is more reasonable.

For the price paid ($100 AUD) per night, this hotel was excellent. The room was a reasonable size and perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to open the window and enjoy the fresh air. I was surprised to see a number of British channels on the tv. It’s a nice gesture by premier inn to provide these English speaking channels despite this hotel being in Germany. The location is quiet good, their is a shopping centre nearby and the tram is a short walk which connects you to Frankfurt HBF where you can travel throughout the region from. This was the purpose of my stay in Frankfurt, to use this hotel and it’s proximity to the HBF as a base for my travel to the neighbouring towns and cities. This worked quiet well. Try and avoid hanging around the HBF after dark. Areas for improvement: After 30 hours of travel I was initially refused an early check in at 9am. This was not unreasonable as check in is at 3 but a little flexibility by premier inn with regard to their check in policy would be appreciated. I would have been happy to pay extra for an early check in during the booking process. I was grateful for the front desk team allowing me to check in early.

I booked a business room. The room was super quiet. I liked it very much. The overall architectural style is amazing. I forgot to take photos, but the mattress is good and I slept very comfortably. Breakfast is also very rich. The restaurant serves dinner in the evening, and the lighting is very tonal at night. The menu is relatively simple, but well prepared, and the service is also very good. There is also a conference hall and a small bar on the left, which is perfect for chatting and drinking with friends. It's a pity that the business trip comes and goes in a hurry, and there is no time to stop and sit down slowly.

Attending to our check-in was a spunky and cheerful Chloe at the desk reception. She allocated us to a room well-suited for the physically challenged. It was near the lift on level 1. The room was well lit. Also, our bathroom was spacious and equipped with grab poles to help us move about. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. Best of all, the free airport shuttle at 30-minute intervals to and from the hotel made it convenient for hotel guests. Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport, take a bow!

The hotel location is near the train station. The hotel service is quite good. Breakfast is nice. The room facility is good. The only problem from hotel was the overcharge which Trip.com solved the problem very quickly and easily.

Location a few meters across the central station is great. Beds are great, pillows for my taste a bit too firm. The room was soundproof. There is a kettle and cups but, unfortunately no tea or coffee is given. I never bring coffee sachets with me. I guess the kettle and cups are just placed for compliance. The shower is good but the bathroom smells like the toilets of the trains. When you flush the toilet there comes a noise from drainage of the shower. The smell might be related to that.

The room is clean and tidy, in the city, there are two large supermarkets in about 5 minutes.

Disappointing for a four star. As we arrived prior to check in time, we asked if we could leave our bags in a luggage room. The nice lady at reception put tags on our bags beside the desk and we went about our business, assuming they would be put into a secure room. We had valuables such as a laptop in the bag. We were disappointed to see our two cases still beside the desk when we came back to check in. There was new staff on reception at this point, we picked up our bags without anyone asking for verification that they were ours - not very secure! On the Saturday night, there was a very loud party going in until after 4am a couple of rooms down meaning we got hardly any sleep. Definitely not soundproofed rooms as advertised!! At 4am I could hear commotion in the hallway so I opened my bedroom door to ask them to be quiet. I was very surprised to see a deliveroo driver dropping off food. I did not think it was acceptable for a deliveroo driver to have access to the bedrooms at that hour of the night. We arrived back to the hotel late on the Friday night and there is no security checks at the reception. The door is open and we freely walked up to the third floor no questions asked. Usually the front doors of hotels are manned during the night to ensure safety of it's guests. The hotel did not feel secure. The mini fridge was poorly stocked and when I rang down for prosecco (which is on the mini bar menu) I was informed they did not have any. This was disappointing given it was NYE. Because of covid rules the hotel bar was closed so we couldn't access any drinks in the hotel. It was a double room but did not have a double bed. Two single beds which moved easily out from the wall when sitting up in the bed. Bathroom was nice but smell coming from drain. Disappointing stay overall.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is in a very good location with the subway station right next to the hotel and the airport just one stop away which makes it convenient to get to and from the airport if you don’t have a lot of luggage. I understand previously there was a shuttle service maybe they can resume it for guest with luggage
