Very good hotel, price/performance is true. Eating good, spa area as well. Specially to highlight is the bar, which is very well equipped, it is worth looking into the board itself, as there are some spirits that are not on the map. Good choice of whiskeys. Very pleasant atmosphere and a great barman who can enchante a great old fashioned, which is not listed on the map, which is not even the one who can claim to be so well filled with extra wishes. Thank you very much.

The hotel is just a short walk from the station. But you have no trouble with the typical sounds of a station. You can easily and safely reach the city centre. The rooms are proper and have all the necessary basic luxury. No minibar or rooms there is ice. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and varied. You can stay there pleasantly. Little to no charge of other hotel guests. No permanent presence of staff at the reception bal. You can check in yourself with code. We were happy and will certainly come back. Prima base to visit Frankfurt or Mainz train.

We start our trip to the Black Forest and Alsace in this hotel a group of 43 people. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. As there is nothing to see in the surroundings, a good option is the beautiful terrace in the bar area to take something and enjoy the crown of the rabbits. To go to Frankfurt at less than 10 minutes from the hotel is the STIERSTADT - OBERURSEL train station and we take the ticket to the shop (in Spanish) to HAUPTWACHE - FRANKFURT train we take you on the 1st floor. To return, we take the train at HAUPTWACHE on the 3rd floor, the line is S5. The best thing is to take a picture of the station names to not forget the names. Google Maps is another option.

Friendly staff. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel with delicious food. This was my first visit to Bad Homburg and I am very pleased with the Steigenburger. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers. Also, I suggest the Junior Suite Room #306 because it has a corner balcony. Just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping street in Bad Homburg. About a 10 minute walk from the bahnhof.

Am Rande von Kurpark und Fußgängerzone gelegen. Parkhaus für 10€/24 Std. an der Rezeption mitzahlen, dann gilt der günstige Tarif. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug vom Parkhaus direkt in die Lobby. Check in. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer (comfort) auf der 3. Etage sehr gross. Viel Ablagefläche. Bad könnte einen Ticken grösser sein, aber ok. Ebenerdige Dusche und grosser Waschtisch. Kleiner Heizkörper darunter, so kann man in der kalten Jahreszeit auch das Bad schön heizen. Es gibt Seife, Shampoo und Duschlotion in Kleinstpackung. Das Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber, ABER, jetzt kommt das Aber. Die Zimmer könnten einen freundlicheren Anstrich vertragen. Und es liegt im Flur und auf den Zimmern noch Teppich. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten gab es noch einen Sessel mit Fußhocker, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuhl. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, aber das Fenster ließ sich komplett öffnen. Mit Blick zum Park. Blickdichter Vorhang. Im Eingangsbereich und in den Aufzügen müsste dringend mal Hand angelegt werden. Teppiche ausgefranst und mittlerweile sieht man die jahrelange Nutzung. Leider war die Bar geschlossen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet. Frühstück aktuell von 6.30-10.30. Morgens ganz früh die schönste Ruhe. Ich zähle jetzt nicht alles auf, aber muss sagen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Klar, könnte die Auswahl immer etwas mehr sein, aber es gab für alle was. Kaffee wird in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert. Man kann sich aber auch Espresso usw. bestellen. Auch bei den Eiern, Rühr und gekochtes am Buffet, auf Wunsch gibt es aber auch Spiegelei. Es gibt für jeden Gast eigenes Vorlagebesteck (wird aber irgendwie kaum genutzt) Das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeder Tisch wurde vor dem nächsten Gast desinfiziert. Vor Zutritt wird der Test/Impfstatus geprüft. Normalerweise macht die Rezeption einen Hinweis auf die Mappe mit den Zimmerkarten, dann muss man nur diese vorzeigen. War bei uns vergessen worden. Pool/Sauna muss zur Zeit vorreserviert werden. Es gibt stündliche Zeitfenster. Wir waren dann für eine Stunde alleine im Pool. Klein, aber fein. Temperatur ok. Es gibt extra Handtücher im Pool/Saunabereich. Auch wenn etwas altbacken von der Einrichtung her, hat uns die Lage überzeugt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The price of the hotel is real, the breakfast is plentiful, the parking is free, and the rail transit U5 is convenient to the Roman Forum. It can be said to be a better choice!
The only thing I didn’t figure out was that the city tax was charged for two people at the time of check-in. The front desk at the check-out asked us to pay for the 5-year-old child. The entire German itinerary was the only stop that charged the child city tax. I felt cheated.

A clean hotel with a good location near the station. Our room was on the 6th floor and thus we had a great view of the Skyline. The room was clean and adequately large. The station environment ok, but we were just sleeping there.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

GGuest UserAll good, close to the city center, a few minutes away from the center of the city,. The room was decent, so was the bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable though, very hard for my taste. We had some trouble with our credit cards, they got rejected many times even though they were not empty, but I guess thats Germany lol.

GGuest UserWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

SSmileBoy77It was my first time going abroad alone. The meeting was next to the airport, so I chose this hotel.
The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. You can take the Hotel shuttle on the arrival floor after leaving the airport. It is free, but it costs 6 euros to go from the hotel to the airport.
The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There is an Asian restaurant and an Italian restaurant opposite, as well as a Rewe supermarket to meet daily needs.
The windows and doors of the hotel are very thick and soundproof. You can't hear the sound of planes taking off and landing when the windows are closed.

9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.

GGuest UserI spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of Frankfurt Station, which certainly is not one of the best and safest quarters of the city (smut, homelessness, drugs, crime). I have booked the hotel consciously despite the location (it has a good connection), but was very frightened and surprised by the lack of security in the hotel: any street passant can easily reach the hotel rooms progress because neither the staircase nor the train have secure access. My room was quite unpleasant (pleases on the wallpapers, very soft mattresses, no mattress savers) and simple/cheaply furnished, which is not surprising at the price, and very bright. However, I was surprised to have the lack of cleanliness: hair on the ground, thick dust layers on the footbars, light switches and Co. water spots on armatures, shower wall, dirty toilet ... Unfortunately my friendly request has been made for the The first night, cleaning the room again thoroughly, nothing brought. My experience with the staff was growing: My cleaning request was very friendly received by the morning porter. The evening porter, who was responsible for receipt and making factures, was completely unprofessional, over-charged and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend a night in this hotel, as I felt both awful and not safe at all.

LLowell-FinThe hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is

AAhgusThe location is a bit rough but they do a great job keeping everything clean and cozy.
Water in the shower needs a few minutes to get hot but it works fine.
Good for solo travellers who don’t mind the location.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Frankfurt central station. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. Recommended for a one night stay. Neighborhood a bit dodgy, requested for a room not facing the road; was quite. Bathroom clean and modern.
