It's very convenient and easy to find the direction for travelers from airport, especially if you travel in the evening. The hotel has mentioned that you will require to ask for housekeeping if you need one, so it's fine. The breakfast was fine if you just staying for 2 to 3 days, more than that, you might find the choice is limited.

Just near the train station, right next to the famous French fries shop (and sex museum) ~ superb location ~ but the interior of the hotel is very ordinary, the room is small and old, in order to cost-effective, squeeze a squeeze and endure ~

Arrived at hotel at 07.15 am on Thursday 21st Sept after a horrendous journey only to find out I had booked the previous night. Chap on reception was fantastic, switched our booking and managed to get us rooms with no charge. Hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from main train station. Doesn't look much from outside, but rooms are great and well fitted out. Staff superb.

I had booked the apartment for 4 nights because I was attending a training course in Frankfurt and wanted an apartment with a kitchenette. The online check-in works smoothly, that's a plus. However, the rooms are a disaster. The shower was totally moldy, there were foreign hairs in the bed, the kitchen was so dirty that I didn't want to cook there and the walls looked very worn. However, customer service was easy to reach and provided me with a new (larger) apartment for the night and a cleaner would come to my original apartment the next day. However, my new apartment wasn't 100% clean either and I felt very uncomfortable. After contacting customer service several times, I was finally able to cancel after one night for free and get a full refund and look for a new hotel. For that I give 1 stars! In addition, it was unfortunately not possible to completely switch off the air conditioning/ventilation.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They charged 177 Euros a night, and I expected a 3 star hotel. This was more like a one to zero star hotel, with broken light fixtures, carpet full of holes, dirty curtains that did not cover the windows, and a terrible smell in the room that made it necessary to keep the window open to the very noisy street. It all felt really dirty. I stayed at the top floor, which was very scary concerning fire etc.
