I would highly recommend this hotel as it is brand new and seriously punching above its weight. The property is reasonably priced and has very friendly staff.

The hotel location is very close to public transportation. The room is large and clean. It's auto check-in..you must do check-in and set room key-card by yourself on the touch screen..this is yet convenience when I forgot and left my key card in my room..I can set a new one by my self promptly at the front desk. About amenity..there are a bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo hand-soap baht-gel..and I didn't notice I thought it was hand soap. There was no drinking-water in a bottle in the room but there was a coffee-maker machine in the lobby. You can make a cup of hot cappucino for free. By overview..I do appreciate this accomodation.

跟同事兩人住的雙床房，房間就在火車站鐵軌旁邊，稍微有點噪音，酒店窗户的隔音還是不錯的。 酒店前台小哥服務態度不錯，交代的事情很具體，開發票，換房間操作都很麻溜，早餐雖然沒有大魚大肉，但是還是很豐富的，正常的歐式早餐搭配。

The location is the best.. It's right in the city center, so you can take a short break whenever you get tired of walking around the city in the cold winter. It's good to go to Zile or a nearby bar at night and have fun, and transportation is also very accessible. The facilities are not bad for the price, but they're not that great either. Here are some facilities to check out.. There's an elevator in the building, so it's easy to move. When I checked in on the first day, they said there was water in the room, but there wasn't in our room.. Anyway, there's a coffee pot and tea bags, but there was no coffee. There's a refrigerator in the room.. They provide towels and change them every day! And they have an all-in-one shampoo and body wash in the shower room.

Without doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in this price range. Excellent value. The service, receptionist, room etc were all wonderful, and there is no better location in Frankfurt. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water pressure and a few international TV channels. The breakfast was exceptional, (especially as it was included in the room cost.) I would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely stay again.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The laundry room is very convenient downstairs. There are also app appointment services and reminders!

Good location, just a short walk to the old town and across the bridge from the Sachsenhausen neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was a great size for two people, and very clean. Cooling worked well for the hot weather.

It was my first time staying at JW Marriott. It was indeed a level higher than the ordinary Marriott in all aspects. In terms of service, the staff will take the initiative to help with the luggage, they are warm and friendly, and they will take the initiative to provide drinks when checking in. The room is fresh and tidy, the materials are solid, and there are appropriate artistic embellishments, giving people a sense of both administration and vacation. The sanitation is very good, and there is nothing wrong with the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel has a high floor of guest rooms, so the scenery outside the window is also satisfactory (although Frankfurt does not have any beautiful scenery). The dining environment for breakfast is very luxurious. It provides a semi-buffet + semi-a la carte breakfast, and you can order anything you want on the menu. The chef's cooking skills are superb, very satisfied 👍.
