Das Zimmer war etwas veraltet und schon abgewohnt. Das sieht und riecht man schon beim Betreten. Es war nicht dreckig, jedoch könnte es deutlich sauberer sein. Manche Geräte wie z. B. den Wasserkocher oder die Mikrowelle wollte man lieber nicht benutzen. In der Küchenzeile fehlte komplett das Licht. Die Lage ist für Stadionbesuche sehr gut, da der Deutsche Bank Park fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der ÖPNV ist ebenfalls direkt zu erreichen. Die Parksituation dagegen ist nicht gut.

Die Lage des Hotels zum Stadion ist ideal. Ebenfalls kann man die Innenstadt via ÖPNV gut erreichen. Das Hotel ist alt, abgewohnt und teilweise mit kaputten Armaturen in Bad und Mini-Küche ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es relativ sauber. Dafür war es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Umgebung grundsätzlich hat nicht überzeugt.
