B&B HOTEL Frankfurt City-Ost

In an express hotel where the front desk is not on duty 24 hours a day, the room access code lock broke in the middle of the night. A family of three were locked out for three hours and their children fell asleep in their arms. Even calling the platform and calling the hotel was rubbish and the hotel did not solve the problem. We broke the code lock ourselves and asked us to wait 🙂 It was not until 12:30 in the morning that they were willing to change my room. The dedicated customer service made so many calls to help me in the middle of the night and tried many solutions. It’s a pity that the hotel management is not good at it.

The price-performance ratio is comparable to that of a domestic 7-day hotel, but the safety is very high. The cleaning staff are very serious and start knocking on the door at 7 o'clock every morning to come and clean. They stick to their posts😅😅😅

Great connections with a high-frequency tram to the center and the main train station on the doorstep, regional train at the Ostbahnhof nearby, bakery and L'Osteria opposite, clean and modern room, uncomplicated check-in and check-out, reasonable price - what more do you really need if you want to stay in a hotel?

Das B&B Hotel verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage/Heizung sowie Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte wie z. B. Duschgel waren auch vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr sauber und bequem. Die Zimmer können nur mit einem Zahlencode geöffnet werden und sind sehr sicher. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker; kostet aber Aufpreis. Sehr schöner und sauberer Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum. Verschiedene Getränke- und Süssigkeitenautomaten waren auch vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich sowie auch hilfsbereit. Keine 24Stunden Rezeption. Einchecken ist aber 24Stunden am Automaten auch möglich. Das Hotel ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet und verfügt über zwei Fahrstühle. Ein großer Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel sowie auch eine Tiefgarage sind vorhanden. Beides jedoch nur gegen 6 Euro Aufpreis. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Die Innenstadt, Restaurants, Museen, Theater, Kirchen usw. können nicht zu Fuß vom Hotel erreicht werden. Einige Supermärkte, Cafe, Restaurants sowie auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Strassenbahn, Bus und U-Bahn) befinden sich direkt vor oder neben dem Hotel. Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
