Nice hotel and in very good zone of the city

I booked the same room three times before I completed the order. The hotel is relatively close to the exhibition hall, about ten minutes walk. During the exhibition, the room rate will be particularly high. If the itinerary is confirmed, it is recommended to choose another hotel

The service was good and the hotel is in a good location for the trade fair, but is a bit far from the city center. The Galluswarte S-Bahn station is about 7-10 minutes away on foot. Theoretically, you could also walk to the hotel from the main train station in 20-30 minutes. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Even though it is right next to the train tracks and you can hear planes taking off every now and then. But that hardly bothered us.

Nice, modern hotel with relaxed staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and functional. Good location for the city center. Would happily come again.

Very good value for money, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were lucky to have a room on the quieter side. The service was good and efficient. Small negative point for the location, the hotel being in a district that is still developing and which does not always seem to be especially in the evening. Despite everything, transport is easily accessible and the center can be reached quickly.

The drain pipe is a bit clogged, but everything else is fine The bed was moderately soft and hard, and I had a good sleep

We were welcomed by the day shift but be aware of the night shift. They are running trix with the darts (there is a dart board) They give you darts with damaged darts. And take 20 EUR for security. Then they refuse to bay you back because darts are damaged. Flights were damaged and 3 darts cost less than 1 EUR They said that if they would not take the money, owners would take it from their salary (bulls...)

This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.

Quite disappointing experience. The good - near the Messe event center and nice and rich breakfast. The bad - you can hear the train passing every few minutes. No one cleaned my room or changed towels in my 3 nights stay. I thought it was because I didn’t ask to but when I checked out I heard a guest complaining that she asked twice to clean her room without a result. I read good comments about this hotel but…

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive except that the hotel is in a very good location. It was much too hot in the rooms... NOTE: this hotel has NO air conditioning and on warm days you have to be prepared to sleep at 30°C. What I also didn't like at all was the unprofessional demeanor of the lady at reception... Very arrogant and very childish. It's a shame, it definitely has a lot of potential.

Parking is only possible in parking garages or, if you're lucky, on Europa-Allee. The exhibition center is just a few steps away. The rooms are very small, but have everything you need and are very clean. The windows are very tight so you can't hear any noise. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is standard, but there's very little space. Small tables are hip, but take some getting used to.

Hotel at the exit of the "Messe": exceptional and strategic location for those who have to go there. Very minimalist. Business Hotel. I only used it to sleep and I was fine. Helpful and sociable staff. You can have breakfast for a fee (I can't judge because I didn't use the service). A bar is available in the Hall. Free WIFI. Positive: Strategic location for the fair. Negative: very small rooms with a wardrobe (on view) absolutely undersized for 2 people. There was no hanger available to hang a coat. For the price charged (fair period) they should clean the room and make the beds without having to ask.

I booked this hotel for a trade show. Unfortunately, during the booking I did not realize that breakfast was not included and was not even specified by the hotel. Of course there wasn't even a bar nearby. The room was really small, 2 of us were stepping on each other's feet. There wasn't even a coat hanger for jackets. The bathroom was really small, to be comfortable in front of the mirror you had to keep the door open. There was no wardrobe for clothes, only 5 hangers. We had to put one of the suitcases on the desk and the other closed standing on the floor if we didn't pass. Cleaning was optional, if we wanted it we had to ask for it the day before. Ditto the change of towels. Truly a bad experience.

I was on a business trip and stayed at this hotel which is pretty good value for money. The service is poor. I found the breakfast expensive 22 euros for basic things milk, butter, jam....room too small. Nothing more.
