Nice location and clean. Even put candies and earplugs on the pillow. Heater in the room and breakfast is clean.

Really good room, cozy clean and convenient. Good price and helpful front desk. There is a Rewe nearby and only a short walk to main train station.

When I arrived at hotel 1.5 half hour early than checking time 2:00 pm which booking voucher says, hotel not accepted for check in and let me to wait until 2:00pm, even the rooms were available. This is ridiculous! No hotel works like this way!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to Frankfurt Central Station, and there are normal supermarket and Chinese supermarket within walking distance, hot water is always available, and the staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and the breakfast is rich and varied. The only suggestion is that the hair dryer can be packed in a bag.

Terribly loud location. Music playing outside till 4am. Tiny shower. At least they give you a set of much needed ear plugs to sleep in

I like the friendly reception staff, clean hotel, and simple breakfast, but the hotel is located in front of the central station. But there were a lot of vagrants on the streets and a musty smell. I was worried when I moved around at dawn.
