Good location, easy to explore the city and travel to the airport and train station. Good size room, comfy bed, decent shower. In room coffee was good and exercise mat in room was a nice touch. Quiet room and good sleep.

Love the hotel location, easy access to the city center with restaurants and bars around. The room is modern and clean with good facilities. You can find a hairdryer, clothes streamer, coffee maker, water boiler and other useful stuff. The toiletries are surprisingly good quality and I'll give 4.5 points. The staff are also friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back to Avani for my next stay in frankfurt.

Good location but limited facilities in the hotel. Room is not ready when ai check in. I come with 2 children aged 11 and 13 and I was charged extra 36 EURO for extra room guest (my 11 years old daughter) as I booked a superior room.
When I checked in coffee, tea bags, bottle of water and tissues are empty. Not readily served family room with 2 single beds placed side by side. Ventilation is central heat and can hardly be adjusted. Room temperature is very high and we are hot all times.

The location, design and facilities offered by the hotel are very good but…it offers a discount for the parking in front for 24 hours on its website which is not real. The breakfast is very varied but with a lack of freshness in some dishes, especially the salads. The only difference between the superior and standard rooms is that some face the front area which has the parking in front and the others face the interior area.
