The hotel was very nice

Pretty good, location is kind of out of the way, staff are nice.

Very close to the central station but full of drunk drugged people. That’s Frankfurt. Room is big but soundproof system is bad.

Location is a bit sketchy, near Hauptbahnhof but fine for the price. Room was big for a budget hotel. A kettle in the room would be helpful. Room without aircon is hot in summer.

Room was clean and quiet, I had a good sleep. Like someone else said, the facilities are not brand new, but were clean, looked after and in good working order. All the staff that I met were helpful. Only thing that was a bit confusing in the Trip.com booking system was description of bed sizes, but the reception kindly helped me get through this issue so I have no complaints. As for the surrounding area, yes, it's the train station area, but at the same time that's where most of accommodations in Frankfurt are. Overall, it was a good stay.

I used it as a solo traveler. Conveniently located near Frankfurt Central Station! The hotel was clean and relaxing.

Room facilities are relatively simple. The breakfast is average, but the waiter is very enthusiastic and specially provides various cookies, cakes, and fruits (varieties other than those on the buffet table) to the children. The room next to the road is a bit noisy.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many options for shopping and eating. If you have 2 large luggages, the small hotel elevator and room space may make you struggle. And the sound insulation of the room really feels that the next door is right next to the ear, and I can't help but knock on the wall next door to give up.

Business trip accommodation, cost-effective.

The hotel is ok.

The location is very central. Our room was on the street, where the tram runs day and night. It's relatively noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep. Relatively cheap in terms of price.

TV broken

Good location, next to the new opera and the financial district. We were able to park at the hotel, although there are only about 5 places, so probably not everyone will get so lucky. There is no air conditioning, the building is old and our room was overlooking the main street with the tram. Hot and noisy at the same time. Hotel staff were not friendly.
