We booked this room via Trip.com since I got an exclusive discounts and, my friend and I do not want to share a bed so we were searching for standard twin rooms and this hotel mentioned about it. So we paid for that room in advance and when we arrive at the hotel, our expectation and reality hit different. We checked in as usual and the receptionist told us we haven’t paid. It was not financial service mistake, he seemed to be reckless and high with if you know you know thing, and looked so dirty. I thought I booked a wrong hotel and had to double-checked the hotel name. After solving that, he gave us the room key and we went there. And guess what? He gave us the room that the other guests have been using and it was a queen bed! I am really concerned about the security that the hotel put on every room. The receptionist made a mistake in granting access to others’ room and what if it happened to mine as well? We go back to receptionist and changed the room. Also, there is no air conditioning and the room is so small that I couldn’t even breathe. There is no toothbrushes and shower is broken. It was the most terrible experience I got with this hotel. Doesn’t recommend to anyone.
