NH Frankfurt Niederrad Reviews

It is a convenient hotel, with standard good breakfast. Walking distance to the subway (Station: Niederrad) is 10 min, just 1 station away from the main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 3 stations from the Airport. Supermarket, pharmacy just opposite the hotel. For me just one thing missing, a gym.

The worst hotel experience in Germany in my multiple trips. None of shampoo, shower gel or hand wash bottles worked. Waken up by noises very early in the morning as the windows did not block noises well.

The room interior is clean and there is a simple snack bar in the lobby. There is a mart right next door and the tram and train are a 10-minute walk away, which was nice.

There is no gym, the information marked in the system is inaccurate, the surrounding supermarket is convenient, just across the road, other surrounding facilities are average, the room is also nice and clean.

Unluckily, there was a marathon on the day of check-in, and it was very noisy in the early morning and early morning. What's even worse is that in the cold weather at the end of October, eight or nine mosquitoes were killed in one night.

It's not far from the airport, the breakfast is okay, and the room is relatively big for Germany. Drinking water is not provided in the room, but tea, coffee, etc. are provided, and you can boil your own water. The price is okay.

This is by no means the standard that a four-star hotel should have: there are old dirt in the toilet and a malfunctioning standing lamp. Every time you use it, you have to squat down to plug in the socket with your hands to operate. When not in use, you also have to squat down to unplug the plug. The heater in the room was not warm. Not only was it noisy, but even though it was turned on for a while, it was actually blowing cold air. At most, it could barely be called air supply. There were brown spots on the curtains in many places. The TV on the wall was just a decoration. No response? ! The water volume in the shower is not big enough, so it is quite hard to wash your hair! The layout of the room is obviously not square. When the luggage needs to be unfolded and used, you need to find a way. The previous NH stuttgart airport cannot provide hot water for showers, only cold water. Although it improved the next day, the situation is still unstable... ! ! This is much different from the previous accommodation experience at other NH Hotels!

The room is good. The facilities are a bit old. The health condition is acceptable. The environment around the hotel is quiet. The service lady at the front desk is friendly and considerate. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.
