I actually was only one person but the computer system charged me with 2 person city tax. Which is wrong

The location was perfect near the main train station and breakfast was really delicious only the room cleaning are not ok they're cleaning the room daily even you request they said no you need to wait one day then they can clean your room

Nice building inside und outside, around the area looks a little dangerous, but all was OK... The hotel is in front of the station exit, so it was easy to arrive.

Self check in was very easy and quick. The Staffs was friendly and helpful. We get some chocolate an eggs for the Easter.

The hotel overbooked so I was moved to another location. Taxi took over half hour to get there. Hotel was ok.

Location was very convenient, next to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Safe especially for lady travels. Staff were friendly too, and checking in and out was very smooth for us.

Room is very clean,also pretty quite. Before checking in just see the comments mentioned that maybe will be dangerous as near to the Frankfurt central station,but everything is fine after living in.The apple in the receiving hall is pretty nice. Year 2025 I will be back again,will live here again.
