Fanatic hotel and great staff. The hotel is very clean and in nice area and less than 10 min walk from main train station. River bank is 2 min walk and you can stroll all the way to old town from the river bank which I find it much better than following Google map. The room is clean and functional. The layout of the bathroom is not ideal and for big person will be an issue in my opinion. Just be careful in not placing Apple Watch charger in the iron night table as the magnet in the charger will cause short circuit and damage the charger as it happened to me.

Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean (and I’m notoriously OTT on cleanliness!). Nice views from the room (11th floor) and wonderful breakfast! You couldn’t ask for any more. I will definitely stay again whenever I am in Frankfurt.

very bad experience. no hot water with no one help! even nobody say sorry to me.
it 's not fixed until I leave the hotel, which is deadly for a hotel, what a nightmare experience!

The room was nice and clean. It's walkable to many attractions. And close to central station.
Unfortunately, there weren't many restaurant options nearby, mostly Middle Eastern cuisine, and there wasn't a convenience store very close. Overall, I had a good stay!

The hotel is located in a quiet district, but within walking distance to Frankfurt central station. Breakfast is great in terms of quality and the variety is decent. Do note that the best way to walk to the hotel from the train station is via the south entrance, as the surroundings around the main entrance of the station does not feel safe at night.

Hotel is about 10mins walk away from Frankfurt (Main) Hbf. It is in quite a quiet area with a vacant hotel across the road.
Hotel room itself is clean and spacious, the room orientation is interesting with the bed facing the window with a nice view of the city. The tv can be adjusted too. The toilet is clean, but a little dark. Water is complimentary and replaced everyday.
