Very nice

I booked this hotel for a conference in Frankfurt. The carpet was pitch black, there was no water in the room, the quilt was dark, and there was no service at the front desk. When I was thirsty in the middle of the night, I went to buy water from the refrigerator in the lobby downstairs. The elevator was also turned off. It was difficult to go back and forth. Climbing to the seventh floor and surrounded by parks is not convenient for traveling. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, I liked everything very much.

Some rooms don't have good locks or poor lighting. If the second floor doesn't lock well, you must change to another room. Then there was a guy who was inattentive in his service. Staying for one night is not a big problem, but everything is unsatisfactory.

Good location, 2 minutes walk from the tram station. The only amenities were a hairdryer, towels, and cups, and I wanted at least slippers and bathrobes. disappointing. Also, since I booked two nights separately, I asked them to stay in the same room, but the receptionist misunderstood and knocked over and over again and told me to pack my bags and leave in 5 minutes. Despite this, there was not a single apology. Even when I told them that something was wrong with my room key, they said they didn't know what was going on, and the response was poor. It's nice to be able to drink caffe latte, cocoa, and hot water, but I'd like to be able to drink cold water as well. Also, there were cockroaches in the room. I have doubts as to whether it is being properly cleaned. I will never stay here again unless the unpleasant male receptionist resigns.

When I checked into the hotel, I was actually given a room that was occupied by others. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter didn't feel apologetic at all, and acted as casually as if he was just a normal person. It wasn't until I asked to see the hotel manager that he became a little nicer. You must be mentally prepared when checking into this hotel. The service at the front desk is really not at the level of Europe, it is similar to the Middle East.

I ran out of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom but didn't change it. The floor drain was clogged and I told you but didn't deal with it. The garbage in the bathroom and room trash cans didn't go out for several days.
