Excellent hotel in resident area. One big Supermarket is just opposite the building. Two other big supermarket ( E.g Lidl ) within 300 meters. Easy to work to restaurants in nearby residential area following google map. A bit of walk if you come from the main train station. On the way, the scenery is great and you pass the Städel Museum. Room is quite new. Lighting is great. Bed is king size. They give you a free drink card if you opt not to clean the room for a day. You can redeem at the rooftop bar. Only small issue is the soft pillow.

Very nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and down town Frankfurt. Very helpful staff and amazing bar with a skyline view. Highly recommended

It was a pleasant visit! I recommend it. The location was good. I plan to stay again when I go to Frankfurt. The bed is wide, so it's just right for two people. The parking fee was about 20 euros!

On the day of check-out, I asked the receptionist about the latest check-out time (without fee) at 8:30am and was told that it's 13:00. When I checked out at 12:30, he wanted to charge an extra €15. I reminded him of what he said and didn't agree on deducting the late fee. A few days later, I was shocked to see that they deducted €19 (apparently €4 for the city tax). When I wrote a complaint to the manager, he asked me if there was a written statement by the receptionist (for god sake! Who asks a receptionist to write a written statement about the info they're providing? Well, here you should!) and then threatened to prosecute me. I escalated it to the MD, who gave an impression that I was lying and his employees can never be wrong. He didn't stop there. He said writing a bad review is "ridiculous." So, here it's me doing the ridiculous 😊 To be fair, the rooms were nice, but hell, they'd compensate your experience with the worst customer service and trickery.

Nice clean, basic room, but nothing special. We didn’t get even to the rooftop, witch was advertised, because of the ocassion . I thought I booked a breakfast, but in a lobby I found out that I didn’t. Location is far from everything. I wouldn’t have payed so much without breaffast if known it and that roof top is not available. Disappointed.

... unfortunately, the Jacuzzi, the main reason why we had booked the Balsky Loft Suite for 4 people, was extremely dirty when we arrived.. Seems like unfortunately nobody had checked and cleaned before we checked in -.-. Two of us arrived shortly after 3pm, so shortly after the official check-in time. The hotel room itself and the view are amazing, but the unpleasant surprise was yet to come - when opening the Jacuzzi enclosure, we were greeted by yellow-greenish dirt which had already stained the foam and whirlpool walls. Upon informing Reception it took more than an hour (waiting in the bathrobe..) for someone to come and check. After the staff finally checked we were told that the water had to be exchanged, so we again had to wait another 1.5 hours for the water to be drained and the Jacuzzi to be scrubbed clean. Once cleaned, the refilling (luckily with hot water!) took another 1.5 hours, during which the hose regularly slipped out of the Jucuzzi so we eventually stood there holding it.. All in all, the Jacuzzi was finally usable at 19:30, so almost 4.5 hours after checkin.. On top of that, the restaurant had meanwhile opened (at 18 o'clock) which meant that now also other people were watching us - so we not only lost the 3 hours, during which we could have used the Jacuzzi without anybody watching (between 15 and 18), but we also constantly had hotel staff coming and going to clean and check on the Jacuzzi.. On a side note, you are also only allowed to use the Jacuzzi until 22pm and from 8am onwards again (when breakfast is already being served at the restaurant). - Lastly, we had had also booked for 4 adults, however the room was only prepared for two (towel-, bathrobe-, glasses-, pillow-, blanket-wise, sleeping couch not prepared etc). So when informing Reception about the dirty Jacuzzi, we also mentioned that we would need the sleeping coach as well as additional towels, bathrobes, etc. However, unfortunately we had to remind them multiple times before we finally received the missing items. Overall, it's a very nice room with a beautiful view, so really could have been an incredible stay if it wasn't for the manky Jacuzzi (the fact that they were not prepared for 4 adults, which I had booked for.., by itself wouldn't have been a big deal for us). But especially since the room was / is quite pricey, you would expect a clean Jacuzzi! Btw, we didn't receive any apologies or compensation during our stay, which was also quite disappointing

We've stayed at this hotel in Frankfurt for over a year and can attest to its friendly atmosphere and functionality. The staff are exceptional, ensuring that rooms are well-prepared and clean. It offers great value for money in an otherwise expensive city. Conveniently, Uber is readily available, and for an even quicker option, scooters are plentiful throughout the city, making travel effortless. Highly recommended.

The “extra large bed” is actually 2 beds with 2 mattresses which makes it EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to sleep (not to mention the huge pillows that can’t be used and the 2 one person blankets which are really warm and in the spring/summer will make you sweat). I would not recommend this stay and will definitely never come back. The “amazing rooftop” is closed and is not accessible at any time.

Just arrived today, more like a hostel than a four star hotel Receptionist spent all her time trying to get £100 for two breakfasts for two days rather than welcoming us to the hotel. Room is very small for two of us, well outside city centre so expecting more for the price. Very disappointed I am afraid, not being smart but expecting near 5 star for a 4 star hotel in Germany. Afraid go down the way instead of reverse

Poor Location: The hotel's location is inconvenient and far from attractions. Unhelpful Staff Okay Breakfast Very Small Rooms In conclusion, the Blasky Hotel falls short in terms of location, staff service, and room size. Breakfast is the only redeeming aspect.

The Blasky is a great value hotel with a higher level of finish and service than the price would suggest. We had a medical emergency during our stay, which resulted in me having to stay for a week longer along with our 1 year old baby whilst my wife was in hospital. The staff made our stay over this very unpleasant period as smooth and worry free as was possible. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Carlos who called the ambulance for us and was calm and caring throughout. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and the rooftop bar is chilled and sophisticated without being pretentious. Thanks to all staff and we’d definitely stay again.
Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Cheers Rachid
