This is the WORST place I have ever booked. I have never been treated so terribly by a hotel or hotel management as I have at this hotel. I arrived and was in my room for less than 20 mins when 3 critters rapidly appeared and looked like cockroaches were trying to share my food. When I went to the front desk to ask to politely ask for a refund and check out. The hotel management would not provide me a refund and did not seem to believe me this was a problem and did not seem to agree this was a major issue. I took pictures and videos of the critters for evidence. 3 people checked out while I was in the lobby for what they said were the same bug issues as me. But still hotel management was not responding professionally or responsibly. I reached out to ******* as I had booked through them and they were helpful when things with the local hotel management became unbearable. ******* did everything they could to help and they found me a new hotel that is clean and bug free. I would never book here and would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel on 19th Sept.2024 night in a transit to Berlin. Not up to the expectation in the price charged. One can get better option in this price. Reception is sleepy & cold. Found rats roaming in reception area. Rooms are cramped & suffocative. Toilet is horribly compact hardly capable to accommodate a person of average structure. No other amenities. It is a B&B type of hotel. However the morning breakfast was good & the lady managing it was lively welcoming and caring. Not recommended at all.

TERRIBLE, we were at a Trade Show at the Messe for seven days and had no hot water for 2 days, totally unacceptable from the management of the hotel,that said the hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful,after all it wasn't their fault !!!

This is a warning to all potential hotel guests. This hotel lost my bag/suitcase containing laptops, clothes and personal effects. Initially, the hotel would not respond and ignored my pleas for assistance to locate the bag and failing that the payment of compensation. They hoped I would just go away. Only after great deal of angst did the hotel confirm that the bag was either lost or stolen whilst in their care. Once again the hotel has stopped communicating with me completely about the loss or any compensation. This Hotel has displayed a completely uncaring and totally unprofessional approach to this matter and a total disregard for the security of the guests and their belongings.

It has good aspects such as the kettle and the coffee, and it was not a noisy room. The hotel can improve in some details, the curtains were splashed with paint, the bathroom light did not work well and the bed is out of adjustment, for a single night short is fine since it is close to the central station but no more than that.

The photo does not show the hotel as it is. This dump is in a grotty street. It has paper- thin walls, paint splotches on the carpet and no appeal whatsoever. I had booked through my frequent flyer program and expected something better from Wyndam Ramada. I checked out after a few hours and found perfect accommodation elsewhere. This place is not for single elderly ladies!

We stayed for 4 nights on the first leg of our Europe adventure. Reception staff were all friendly, check in easy enough. A little frustrating when the desk is unmanned they lock the door and you have to wait to get in (or out). We got locked out a couple of times, you should be able to swipe your room key to gain access. Shower was VERY tiny, the shower curtain would stick to you, awful. Beds were comfy. Aircon struggled and it took the room a long time to cool down. Wi-fi dropped out a lot, very frustrating for international travellers. Overall average, but not bad for Europe standards (have stayed in a lot worse)

Room is Just okey…Fair enough for the price paid. hotel entrance and lift are Small BUTTT what we didnt expect is the staff is Amazing ,polite and gave us a Good and Fast service, We request for a roller and got it within 5mins very helpful-thanks

Super – everything that you need is in the room, good bed size and a good breakfast, and still very close to the train station. A good contrast with the other 2 hotels we stayed in near the same train station in the past 2 weeks.
