The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast is average, average for German hotels. But: 1) Service requests were rejected one by one, although the attitude was okay; 2) The air conditioner did not work. It was said that there were instructions on the booking page. Is it available on Ctrip? On a June afternoon, it was a bit uncomfortable to be in a room without air conditioning!

The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊 The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied. There was construction in the area, and very easily worked around. Close to just about everything. Will definitely return, and bring friends! Thank you, Ali!!

The clerks at the front desk are nasty and stingy. Wi fi has a difficult system that I have never seen it before. The Coffee maker was not working when I had my breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location

Very good location in the city center. Helful staff at reception. But the airconditioning in the whole hotel was not working which made the stay unbearable at 30C heat. Very sad not to be informed in advance while the problem was already few days long…

Hotel located in the central area of Frankfurt. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. They serve a well-assorted international breakfast, more savory than sweet. Very friendly hotel staff. I recommend it for the location. Booked with booking at a very convenient price.

Hotel not worth 4 stars. Poor breakfast, not very recommendable area. Average rooms, with carpet and non-working and noisy air conditioning. Although the area is not very recommendable, the location is convenient to reach by public transport.
