The hotel's location is convenient for the office area, making it a good choice for business travelers. However, being near the main train station can feel a bit unsettling at times. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast—the scrambled eggs were particularly satisfying. I was also highly impressed by the night receptionist on Monday, February 24, 2025. He was polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such a customer-oriented and passionate hotelier, and his outstanding service truly made a difference in my stay.

Amazing hotel but location sets it back!! It is near Red light street.

Great location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop "Taunusanlage", which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

Very good hotel in terms of location

Great location and loved the stay.

Worst Hilton ever! This made me delete my Hornor APP and forget the points. The service was shitty, the Asian lady in reception acted like I owe her 1 million, I checked in in the previous day on app and chose my room, but the room is still unavailable at 3pm (I’ve already waited for half an hour, the lady changed my room without even notifying me until I found out), no apology, no smile, just let you wait, the lady even forgot to give me room card, I used digital key to open and found no power, she asked me to pick up the card by myself because he has no time to send to me! The room is small, shabby, equal to motel in China, cheapest one. This hotel ruined my holiday. Why Frankfurt is in such a mess today? Because you welcomed too many non-sense, unpolished, rude and not educated people! You gave them the so-called mercy, they returned with chaos. Everything is shitty, people are lying on the ground everywhere, rubbish all over the street, police wandering with gun...I dared not going out after arriving this shitty hotel through the chaos surroundings. Finally, the hotel charged my small dog EUR50 per night, with this price, total 165(with parking 25), who would have chosen such a stupid hotel? So I canceled my booking on second day and deleted honor app immediately. Will never ever come to Frankfurt again. Horrible experience. The city is not the one as before

Room is clean and good breakfast

The breakfast is OK. It is very convenient to travel. It is basically less than 10 minutes' walk to the city center. It is also a bit close to the central railway station and there are a lot of people.

The room is medium sized, very clean, and very quiet at night, which is great!

Very good location, near the Euro Tower

The hotel is nice, but you have to go around a lot of corners to get to the parking lot. There is a red light district nearby. I suggest girls not to go there at night because it is full of ** homeless people, which is very scary...

A very old Hilton, about 10 minutes walk from the main fire. The room is very small and the decoration facilities are also very old. The breakfast is a standard European buffet breakfast with various cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausages, bacon, tea, drinks, etc.

Stayed for two consecutive nights. Arrived at 10am on the first day, we were able to check in right away, which was a pleasant surprise. Unlike some rigid hotels that require you to wait until the afternoon to check in, I have to praise it. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the central station and within walking distance to the old town. There are many homeless people lying on the street to the right of the hotel, so it's a bit scary to walk back at night.
