WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY IF YOU WOULD NEED ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP IF THEY ARE A PROBLEM. Arrived at hotel after a full day travelling. The room heating is broken. After 2 hrs of waiting and requesting and only after demanding to be sorted, as at first was told there were no rooms, you just needed to sleep in a cold room. Eventually, they found fan heaters. Did it sleep well due to the noise of the fan heater? The next day was told it would be sorted, or they would change the room. It still needs to be fixed. Request the change of room to be told. Sorry no rooms free, “I was told, you have a fan heater” you can stay in the room” at this point, I was going mad; only after making a fuss and demanding a manager they found me a new room to change, this was a basic room, much smaller which the heating. Even though I paid for a Superior Room, After an additional 1 hour of backing and forward, as there was an issue with the new room, I was so fed up I needed to sleep in the new room, so I said leave. Very disappointed. When I requested a credit/ refund due to the first night of no heating and the lack of sleep, the hotel was not interested in sorting out the issue or refunding anything, due to the change of rooms, from paying in advance for a Superior Room, then being given a small standard room. Worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just disgusted at the attitude and lack of willingness to sort out a fundamental issue of heating which was not working, and I expected to sleep in a cold room!
