A very interesting hotel, and a great location that is very comfortable and has a very nice staff. You enter the hotel and check in at the bar! The bartenders very helpful as he text you into your room! Ha ha. There is a nice casual lobby that connects on to a dining room at the back of the entry space. The rooms are comfortable and not too small, but minimally appointed. The location is amazing with many very good local restaurants near the hotel. I also recommend walking down to the river as the city has a magnificent park on both sides of the river with Jim equipment, a skateboard park, and you can rent scooters and bicycles and go to the museum or old town in 20 minutes .

Nice and clean hotel. Super friendly Staff. We stayed there one night. Room was small but very cozy. They don't have mini fridge in the room. Breakfast ist optional. Price is regular. Them bar is open all the time you can enjoy at the cozy lobby. Recommend for business stay 👌

1- As soon you arrive to the hotel the receptionist does not have idea that we are staying there. We have to wait while she was telling us we were don't register in that hotel... in the end she found the name ( bad management) 2- there is no water in the room to drink bit even a bottle. 3- there is No air-condition in the room if you need fresh air you need to open the noise window. 4- no device to communicate with the reception. If you need something you need to go down... If there is any emergency no personal from the hotel will know.

Wenn ich in Frankfurt bin, dann versuche ich immer im East Side zu übernachten. Überragender Service und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ansonsten wie immer normaler Motel One Standard mit bequemen Betten und toller Bettwäsche. Sicherlich ist das Gebäude kein Hingucker aber das ist für mich absolut Zweitrangig. Die Lage passt absolut und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man überall hin. Vieles lässt sich auch zu Fuß erledigen.

das Hotel liegt nicht unbedingt in einer schönen Gegend die Zimmer sind sehr gut, bequemes Bett, tolle Kissen, aber sehr klein. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in den Innenhof, war sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind nur wenige vorhanden und man kann nicht reservieren. Äußerst freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück, im Motel One Style halt

Wir haben die Buchmesse besucht und dabei in dem Motel one übernachtet. Die Tram hielt direkt vor der Tür und in 20 Minuten waren wir am Messegelände. Das Zimmer war etwas beengt, aber ansonsten war alles super. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben schon öfter im Motel one gewohnt und haben uns bislang immer wohl gefühlt.
