All things were in order bar the TV which was not working. The service was top notch and I have no complaints. It is unfortunate that I have forgotten the name of the guy who helped us with our bags ( sadly all I can remember is that he said that he is Kalanga and it was the evening 13/07/25), but he deserves 5 stars on his own. Thank you

Great location in ffrancistown, great staff, beautiful garden. but the bathroom fixtures are not maintained as they are old and have scratches that make them almost look dirty

The ambience is good and staff very friendly and helpful. However, the room i was staying at requires new bed and installation of new taps. Running water was also not very hot in my room bing room 109.
