1. Check in was difficult because hotel requested 150 euro deposit, which wasn't not indicated during booking. Also they did not accept cash for deposit and did mot accept debit cards. So it took time and effort to arrange 3rg party payment for the deposit.
2. In the room 306 there were multiple bedbugs.
I requested to change the room and was moved to much smaller room for 1 night without compensation for room price

For a short stay it was quite good value for money. It is located on the opposite of the central station for those travelling by train. Myself j was by car, they have private parking but only limited spot available. When I arrived in the evening they had no parking space for me, I was lucky that the parking on the opposite of the train station was free in the evening until 8am. Otherwise there are restaurants nearby the hotel, hotel is clean. A bit small, but for a short stay it was totally fine and the staff were very friendly

Very good walk past the station. Very convenient for parking. And the reception is very nice. The rooms are very clean.

The location is very good, just opposite the train station and just across the road. The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple, but it is more convenient for commuting by train. The room is not big, but very clean. Good reviews!

Very clean hotel and room with a warm welcome where I had the pleasant surprise of having been upgraded at no extra cost. Room with all the necessary equipment. Very good bedding, and ESPECIALLY good sound insulation, something rare in hotels. So I highly recommend it if you are passing through Belfort and looking for a good hotel to spend a good night.
