Red Roof Plus+ Boston - Framingham Reviews

Just a place to put our heads for the night while visiting family in Boston. Location was convenient, room was clean. Not many amenities, staff tried to charge me for the stay after having paid for the booking on line… Great Dunkin Donuts next to the property!

The room was supposed to be a smoke-free room but had the odor of cigarettes. The only time I saw housekeeping was on the third day of my four night stay. Otherwise location was great and the room was clean. And the price was right

Good Hotel to stay a couple of days for tourism!

Good location near Framingham. Basic needs meet and clean.

Environment: It is mainly on the side of the road, very convenient. Come to visit customers, stay close.

The environment is very quiet. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know that it's next to the road. It's very convenient to travel. There is a large commercial area in about 15 to 20 minutes' walk.

The location is relatively biased and the environment is relatively poor. I don't know why it has a 4.3 point. The price of the failfield inn owned by Marriott is about the same, much better than this one.

Our room was clean, aside form a bit of hair in the bathroom, updated, & comfortable. Some noise from adjoining room in the middle of the night, but I just went back to sleep. Near to our destination, good restaurant right on the corner, easy on & off the highway. We would stay again.

Greeted with absolute joy as it was at check out also. Nothing like a convenient location, and professional staff with personalities that made this stay well worth it. Thank you and room also comfortable, area accessible to everything I needed

Everything was decent as expected for a low rate hotel. The only problem was the front desk customer service was terrible…and this was my third stay and altercation with the same employee. That needs to be addressed immediately please and thank you!

In general everything was good. I am surprised that there was no minifridge or microwave in the room. Other than that it was okay.

It is really quite near Shopper's World and Target, but there is some difficulty with sidewalks for about 1/2 mile heading away West toward Natick. However, there is a Cumberland Farms and a Dunkin Donuts right next door, and it is pretty close to a bike trail.

No microwave or fridge in the room, but cockroaches galore. Also had to leave a week early because my father passed away and I had to make it back to his house for funeral arrangements, still they refused to give me a refund.
