Location was convenient. Front desk staff were helpful. Room was larger than most, with a kitchenette, and everything was very clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good, not great. Good value for the price. We will definitely go back.

Stayed here for almost 6 weeks during Summer 2024 while home was under renovation. The hotel was very clean, everything working and the service was second to none. Everyone in the front desk was friendly, responsive and efficient. Thank you to Neveen, Elliott, Julia, Elsead and Elisa. Thanks to the breakfast and maintenance crews as well. It was our home away from home this past summer. Thank you!

We had an extended stay here for a family matter & had to bring our puppy. Room was clean & spacious - helpful to have a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable & we slept well because it was very quiet. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast room was quite nice and food was adequate- what you normally encounter in a hotel buffet but it did vary from day to day which is nice when you have a long stay. Minor issue- housekeeping is done every other day which is fine BUT every time it was done, things were not restocked such as wash cloths, TP, Kleenix so we had to track some down. Last full day, room was due to have been cleaned - we were out all day from early morning & back at 3 pm to rest- the room was not done. That was not helpful. We will most likely stay here again and would recommend it.

This hotel looks brand new, it appears to be sited in a new office park. First time we’ve stayed in connecting hotels, the Sheraton and TownePlace Suites share a restaurant and I think they share a breakfast area - at least the breakfast area was super busy and the space is small, we were lucky to get a seat. The location is great for being close to Boston but avoiding most traffic if you’re passing through. Our room was spacious and quiet. We elected to drive a short distance to a Japanese restaurant, there were a number of places offering various cuisines nearby, but not in walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Great friendly staff upon arrival, room was ready. Fantastic location on Route 9 near the Mass Pike, easy to get to Boston, NY & Worcester Room was well appointed, comfy bed, and had a great powerful shower! Would definitely stay here again!
