Great experience
Great hideaway location. Fab for the ski brigade. We arrived by motorbike and was impressed with the secure parking. The staff are very friendly and professional. We ate dinner and the food was very good. I'd recommended.

We came last year had a nice experience and we came back but the prices had doubled. We asked for explanation and I was told that it is the market law and due to the high demand. I said that the price more 350€ for a couple par night wasn't justified and they said some people pay up to a 1000€. Really unfriendly. Honestly it's a small 3 stars

The great Service of highly capable and friendly staff made our stay great! There was not enough snow to ski in front of the hotel. They drove us everyday several times from and to the slope nextdoor. The special kids meals, bottles of milk and entertainment for the kids was great.

Non è da considerare un family Hotel. Tra le stanze si sente tutto, anche il passaggio di persone nei corridoi, sembrava di essere in un ambiente unico. Aria condizionata non presente, bagno piccolo. Struttura in generale molto datata. Ristorante di basso profilo. Animazione non garantita, il secondo giorno la nostra piccola non ha potuto usufruire dell’animazione tra le 10.00-12.30 come indicato da ogni parte, perché i ragazzi erano impegnati a montare per uno spettacolo pomeridiano. S.p.A. Ottima, servizio aperispa delizioso. Peccato non ci sia una piscina. Tutto il Personale incluso il Direttore gentili e premurosi con il cliente.

Struttura datata ma efficiente. Nel periodo estivo si prodigano con servizi a contorno come la spa e la varia animazione per i più piccoli. Pare però che il personale senior sia assente e si vede l'inserimento di molti junior che stanno facendo la giusta gavetta con impegno. Un po' di pazienza da parte degli ospiti e tutto fila liscio. Consigliato specialmente per la tranquillità e le famiglie. La natura intorno è mozzafiato.

Siamo stati dal 31.10 al 02.11. L’albergo è molto grazioso, si respira un’atmosfera famigliare..siamo stati benissimo, cibo ottimo , S.P.A. bellissima (consiglio il trattamento viso!!Top) e i miei figli (7 e 5 anni ) si sono divertiti tantissimo (molto carina la passeggiata per il paese tema “dolcetto o scherzetto “)..personale molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati molto bene

Buonasera, è la seconda volta che vado in questo hotel e sinceramente non mi vedranno mai più. Arrivo nel pomeriggio, entro il camera e c'era il gelo, termosifoni spenti, temperatura 8 gradi. Alla sera esco per andare a cena, neanche buonasera nonostante io abbia salutato, va beh.... Ritorno ore22, 30 circa, il mini bar aveva già sigillato tutto nonostante stavano arrivando altri ospiti, la mia amica ed io decidiamo per una tisana, la signorina alla reception ci ha guardato malissimo e seccata la prepara (acqua calda), nel mentre il suo collega stava spegnendo tutte le luci, tempo due minuti mi giro e vedo che spengono anche le luci esterne. Ma secondo voi è normale?!? Ovviamente ho pagato il pernottamento, quindi avrei gradito un minimo di educazione. Ah dimenticavo è arrivata una coppia se non aprivamo noi la porta questi dormivano in macchina. Assolutamente non lo consiglio!!!!

Esperienza davvero eccellente! La responsabile della SPA è professionale, attenta e dotata di una manualità straordinaria: il massaggio è stato un momento di puro relax. L’hotel offre una vasta gamma di servizi, con tante attività pensate per i bambini e un personale sempre cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. Una struttura che sa davvero prendersi cura dei suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo!
