Good value place close to the main bus station and a major supermarket but on a quiet street. Walking to the centre takes around 15 minutes.

The hotel is very inflexible when it comes to check-in. Upon arrival, you are explicitly told that check-in is possible from 3 p.m., even if your room is already clean. However, there is a room where you can leave your luggage. The Wi-Fi in my room was terrible. It was slow and kept cutting out, making it impossible to relax and watch Netflix. The TV isn't a smart TV, and even regular channels had no reception. There were only two power outlets in the entire room. It was also very noisy at night due to the thin walls and the air conditioning in the other rooms. I was there in July, which means it was winter in Foz. It got as cold as 5 degrees Celsius at night. My room had no heating or way to warm it up. It got unbelievably cold in my room at night, so much so that I was shivering. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning. The breakfast was also bad. Scrambled eggs were only available on certain days. There was no bacon at all. Everything was very poorly done, and the supplies were not replenished quickly.

It's an older hotel, but for the price and location, it's great! The breakfast is really poor, but you'll only go hungry if you don't like sandwiches or grilled cheese! The juice is powdered, and the yogurt is pretty mediocre! But the service was very good. There's no safe, no laundry facilities, and no scales to weigh your luggage, but there's a hairdryer and hot and cold air conditioning in the room, and the shower is very good. Nice place, Ana and Luiz are very friendly. The breakfast leaves something to be desired. Some rooms smell of mold, like room 006, which is in front of the dirt and cement. I prefer the rooms above. It's good value for money, it's next to the muffato where you can have lunch and dinner. The pool area is good. The hairdryer dries well, and the food prices were good at the reception.

Nice hotel, excellent location (a block and a half from the terminal and 10 minutes from the border with PY), a supermarket nearby (where you can also exchange pesos, USD, reais, and guaraníes). The staff was attentive, and something worth noting is that the hotel sells plug adapters. I arrived at 12 am, which was a great help. The cleanliness was very good, which is important.
What I didn't like: The breakfast isn't that great. It does have several options, but the cold cuts, for example, aren't tasty, and the juices are horrible, like a tang. The coffee was so-so, considering that coffee is generally excellent here in Brazil. The sliced bread and the pão de queijo are delicious, but overall, they're good and varied.
The air conditioning is quite humid, which makes it hot. I used it on 23 degrees during this time of year; I don't know if it would be cool enough to keep things cool in the middle of summer.
