O atendimento foi muito bom, mas as instalações deixaram um pouco a desejar, falta manutenção, e no restaurante a comida muito gostosa mas a higiene precisa melhorar.

O pessoal, em sua maioria é super simpático e prestativo, mas a hospedagem deixa a desejar. Os quartos são pequenos, mal conservados, as toalhas são manchadas e encardidas, no banheiro há secador de cabelo, mas não funciona, há vazamentos nas torneiras e pia, o vaso sanitário cheira a urina, mesmo depois de " limpo", o ladrilho do box é encardido, verde de ferrugem. Quanto às refeições, são simples, não há muita variedade, mas a comida é gostosa, fresquinha. O Hotel está precisando de uma reforma e adequação urgente.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel antes, porém nada mudou sempre vazio. Atendimento ok, preço ok, piscina ok, hotel para pernoite ou passar de 2 a 3 dias. No meu ver o grupo Muffato deveria fazer uma boa reforma, pois o hotel tem uma localização ok. Não entendi por que um grupo tão grande não investe no hotel.

O hotel é enorme e bem antigo. Parece ter certa dificuldade em manter algo tão grande. Os lençóis são gastos, o banheiro estava com bastante marcas de uso principalmente na parte de banho, o ar deu problema, o café da manhã é ok, tipo “mata a fome”. Mas era o único hotel que encontramos vaga de última hora. O que salvou o hotel foi o atendimento dos funcionários sempre dispostos e atenciosos.

Fui com um grupo de Turismo, minha reserva foi de 45 pessoas, e poderia ficar horas apontando o que não gostei no Hotel, mas vamos resumir, quarto com vaso sanitário vazando, água no frigobar aberta e pela metade, péssimo atendimento e mesmo pedindo para não entrarem no quarto para limpeza fui ignorado e entram msm pedindo e não deixando a chave, retiraram toalhas dos quartos e não colocaram novamente, área da piscina aberta até às 22h porém com péssima iluminação e péssimo atendimento no restaurante, acabamento ruim e banheiro com muita formiga. Resumindo não consegui encontrar um ponto positivo no Hotel.
