Pousada com valor baixo e como quase tudo que é barato não presta, a começar pela setor de reservas e terminando com o dono. Barata no salão do café da manhã, tive que dispensar o café da manhã do ultimo dia. Apesar de já ter me hospedado em hoteis como o Tarobá, Viale, San Rafael hoteis(que indico) procurei dessa vez economia e me arrependi, compartilho para que vcs tb não cometam o mesmo erro.

A pousada não se parece em nada com as imagens disponíveis na internet. Nos colocaram no quarto 16. Não tem agua quente, nem ar quente para aguentar o frio de 8 graus. Reclamamos no primeiro dia e um senhor da manutenção orientou a deixar a água escorrer até esquentar. Deu certo algumas vezes, em outros dias tomamos banho morno/frio. No ultimo dia a agua ficou aberta por 1h e nada de agua quente. Nesse dia, a recepcionista deu a opção de trocar de quarto. Quando já estávamos com as coisas preparadas para a saída no dia seguinte. A outra opção foi tomar banho na área de lazer, um absurdo. O ponto positivo foi a equipe de limpeza, atenciosa e preocupada com os hospedes. O café da manhã tinha itens não repostos. Mas as meninas que trabalham ali também são muito atenciosas. Não deveria ter 3 estrelas.

Pousada super agradável com funcionários educados e prestativos. Localização ótima, bem perto do centro e de vários restaurantes. O quarto em que ficamos era bastante amplo e confortável. Preço bem acessível Indico sim.

Viaje a conocer la Cataratas del Iguazú, fuimos del lado argentino y brasilero, y nos hospedamos en la posada Caroline. Nos atendieron super bien, sus empleados fueron excelentes, la comida muy rica, y las habitaciones era muy amplias y cómodas. Nos permitían pagar con pesos argentinos o con débito.

Atendimento muito complicado e pouco eficiente. Muitos problemas no quarto: papeleira horrível com papel de péssima qualidade, aparelhos de ar condicionado extremamente antigos e é preciso "rezar" para o controle remoto funcionar. Aparelho de TV não estava funcionando. Apesar do aviso de horário de silêncio, não respeitavam. Piscina com aspecto de suja e não dava coragem de usar. O uso obrigatório de máscaras era pouco respeitada pela maioria dos hóspedes e nenhum funcionário tomava qualquer providência.

Pousada muito boa, nem localizada e muito limpa. Atendimento muito bom, muito solícitos. Pertinho dos Parques, tem o Marcos que é um querido, ele nos atende nos passeios e nos tira todas as dúvidas. Nota 10!!

Ficamos la por 8 dias, local bem tranquilo, agradavel. Tem uma lanchonete interna, com sanduiches saborosos e de preço justo. A noite vizinho tem um barzinho que anima bastante com musicas ao vivo. Super gostei de ficar hospedada. Recomendo sim.
