A nossa estadia foi ótima. Pelas avaliações anteriores, acredito que o hotel tenha melhorado bastante sua infraestrutura. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, nos ofereceram estacionamento, a limpeza do quarto estava impecável. O café da manhã tem várias opções, só poderiam repor os itens que acabam com maior rapidez.
O único ponto que nos incomodou um pouco foi o barulho do ar condicionado no quarto, mas não a ponto de atrapalhar a experiência.

The hotel room was good, simple but it had all we needed, including a fridge. Breakfast was a buffet style with great variety but people were not wearing masks! We did not get much information upon arrival as we heard other guests receive, and the pool was quite dirty but did the job.

Funcionários super prestativos, salão de jogos e cantinho da beleza perfeito, além da area de lazer perfeita. Pecam muito no wifi, não funciona nos quartos, torneiras pingam muito e as tomadas muito velhas, poucas funcionavam no quarto.

Hospedagem maravilhosa. Pessoal cordial, ambiente limpo e seguro. Café da manhã muito bom, bastante variedade. Tranquilidade total na hospedagem. Recepção bastante educada em bem informada nos ajudou muito em dicas das visitas. Valeu a pena!

Quarto 1207. Uma ressonância ensurdecedora dos ares condicionados, a ponto de tremer as janelas. Parecia que eu estava dormindo dentro de um avião com hélices descompassadas. Dormi pois dei entrada 23h e estava exausto.
Para ajudar ainda, não me forneceram nota fiscal, insistiram que a nota deveria ser dada pelo site que fiz a reserva (o qual só fornece recibo comum)

Horrível, quarto sujo e com cheiro de mofo. Aporta do banheiro estava quebrada e não fechava. Piscina suja. Café da manhã bom. Na sala de jogos meu marido matou um escorpião pequeno (filhote). Fiquei uma noite e não volto mais.
