Poor breakfast. Quality and quantity wise. Paper thin walls allow you to hear the other room’s tv. Window had gaps and didn’t prevent noise from outside in. Located on the main avenue you will wake up with motorbikes zooming past at 3am. People yelling and slamming doors at 11pm and beyond. Reported to reception and they did nothing about it. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges so wouldn’t close. Toiletries were the cheapest you can get. Bed sheets smelled bad. Request to change rooms when returned from the adventures of the day which was denied due to no housekeeping available at 5pm!

the staff was professional and yet caring. Clean rooms. Excellent food!. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of options in bread, cakes, cheese. check in and out super easy and fast! the location was perfect: close to Brid Sanctuary, Argentina and Paraguay border! We absolutely loved it!

Ótimo custo benefício, boa localização, café da manhã bem variado e funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Quarto triplo ok e não tivemos qualquer problema durante nossa estadia. Só não usamos a piscina porque estava muito gelada mas aproveitamos bastante o local nas espreguiçadeiras e mesas onde tomávamos cerveja ou refrigerantes.

O hotel fica localizado na avenida das cataratas que é muito movimento, a noite o movimento permanece, é difícil dormir. Nao ha janelas contra ruído. A estrutura interna do hotel é péssima, banheiros velhos, vazamentos, descargas estragadas. O local onde eles armazenam os colchões esta em condições precárias, sujo e com muito mofo. Ficamos 2 dias sem agua quente no hotel. Fiquei presa no elevador. Ninguém do hotel veio conversar ou pedir desculpa, explicar o motivo pelo qual o elevador parou. Minha familia que correu atras para que alguém tomasse uma atitude. Os funcionários da recepção nao faziam questão nenhuma em ser solicitos as nossas pendências apresentadas. No cafe da amanha achamos um pedaço de palha de aço no biscoito. Quando fomos passar uma pendência a recepção o funcionário disse “que se fosse ele ficaria no hotel em frente” (um resort no caso). E que era para fazer a reclamação na caixa de sugestão que fica no balcão. Enfim, nao recomendo e não voltarei

Estivemos hospedados por 4 dias. Hotel com estrutura antiga, banheiro muito simples, o box vaza água durante o banho alagando o banheiro. O quarto triplo muito apertado. O café da manhã é fresco, porém são as mesma opções todos os dias. Os dias que estávamos hospedados eram chuvosos, haviam muitas goteiras no refeitório. Os pontos positivos são a localização e a cordialidade dos funcionários.

O hotel é muito mais velho do que aparece na foto. O chuveiro esfriava durante o banho, os edredons brancos tinham manchas amareladas, as paredes e o armário estavam descascando, além de haver infiltração no teto do banheiro. Paguei por 4 diárias mas dormi apenas uma noite, troquei de hotel.

Es muy ruidoso este hotel. No es como en las fotos es pequeño.Está en la ruta y es imposible dormir. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Lo mejor la atención de la recepción son amables los que atienden.. Lo demás no me gustó porque quería descansar y con el ruido no lo logré.

Péssimo hotel, hotel com barata na escada, mofo na parede, um nojo, cheiro de esgoto no último andar, antigo, feio, sem condições nenhuma de hospedar ninguém, pior hotel que já passei, propaganda enganosa em alguns sites e até na recepção ou decepção.
